I am a realtor in Minneapolis and have been using PFL for over a decade, and my experience with them has been fantastic. They consistently deliver beautiful products and are a pleasure to work with. Recently, I received my stunning new business cards and started distributing them with excitement. However, I noticed a minor error that I had missed during proofing. After discussing it with PFL, they not only offered me a discount on a new order but also expedited the printing and shipping. I'm extremely pleased with their product and customer service. I'll give them points for effort and working through problems, but the business cards that I received was not a product that was acceptable. The first version was off center, the second had small tears on every card and the paper quality of third version was thinner/different color than all the others. They tried to work through issues but every time a rework was done, a different issue arose. They ultimately refunded my money so they stuck to their word of customer satisfaction but it was a painful process with different customer care representatives. Even 3 months after the fact, my credit card was charged and then refunded from an accounting error on their part. When I called, they said, "well that's not my department so I don't know what they did." It was honestly a lot of headache and let-downs and ultimately, I had to go with a different supplier after months of effort.

Not as professional as they say they are. The first quote was way off with no explanation. The area we were looking to cover in an EDDM campaign was 3 zip codes with about 30,000 addresses. The quote was for 500, 1,000 & 2,000. So I called to clarify. The next representative then wanted me to do the quote myself. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that… since this is not my expertise. I sent a map to them(which they claim “didn’t get because of technical issues.” ) FYI. I see the receipt and open notification to the original email. The representative said she was going to call back with an updated quote, that never happens. Then i got in touch with them again only to get dumped as a client for not being nice. Welp here’s a 1 star not-so-nice review. Good to know customer service it king still and even these people are comfortable enough to make you do their job. This was a small job that would have made them only $3000.00 but lost a potential customer with future jobs too.

Absolutely magnificent experience!Order was beautifully handled from start to finish and they accommodated my every need and change (There were many!). If you're looking for a spectacular print company with full capabilities including foil & emboss, there is no other company I would suggest.

I received a banner I bought and the color and quality are great. I needed customized artwork for our logo because the original was not good quality. They more than delivered on every count. Special thanks to Ms. Younge and the Glacier Team!

So...they were responsive and the print job looks nice, but I relied on them and believed them to be experts and ultimately was very disappointed in the job as a whole. Also, they did NOT PRINT FOR LESS. Moral of the story: USE A LOCAL PRINTER. (The details are that I asked them to select and print a card based on a standard size envelope. They ended up printing the card too small for the envelope they recommended — though, in full disclosure, they did communicate with me as to its size, which I agreed upon while believing they knew what they were doing regarding printing the right size card for a specific size envelope ...blah, blah, blah. Big disappointment about something I had been excited about and they weren't willing to work with me on making it right.) Plus, they overnighted the job to me and then charged me for it — when I had not asked for the job to be overnighted. They did re-credit me that charge, but only after I asked about it. Had I not checked the invoice, I would have just eaten that charge too. They seem like nice folks, but I'm very disappointed in the way my dealings with them went down.

Our company needed a unique project printed with mass quantities and PFL was able to accomplish this - I had a great experience with their customer service team from start to finish - they are friendly and knowledgable and helped me find the right materials for the job. They even overnighted me a physical proof before I submitted my order! I have worked with quite a few printers in my career and PFL was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with an online printer as I was always nervous about using a company that I couldn't communicate with face-to-face. I live in a small town and my local printer couldn't handle my project so I was forced to try an online printer and chose PFL. They were amazing from start to finish. Each rep I spoke with patiently and courteously answered my plethora of questions. The final product (a tiny illustrated accordian book) turned out amazing. PFL saved me so much time and effort with scoring and folding the book. I highly recommend PFL for your printing projects!

Just received my order - a week early!!! I can't say enough good things about Printing for Less. I stepped into a job where the former employee set up the account with them. I called them to see if I could reset the account to be under me. They took care of all of that and then showed me what I needed and how to place an order. They are very easy to work with, the quality is excellent - just what I ordered, and the turn around time never ceases to amaze me. I can't recommend them enough.

Horrible experience! Total scam artists. Do NOT trust your business to these frauds. They are incredibly incompetent and will overcharge you every opportunity they get. We worked with Clarence for a 10,000 piece direct mail job. He seems to not be able to get anything right and refuses to pay attention to the little things. They ignore your job details and quote whatever they want, only to try to overcharge you later on. Their emails don't even specify a person, only a "group" of people... so you never actually know who you're communicating with. It is mind-blowing how incompetent this company is, and how they attempt to rip off their customers. Their numerous negative reviews tell it all. Beware!

On Wednesday, October 2, 2019, I spoke to Kim Parker, Silver Team representative. Together, we outlined my needs for 200 certificates. We discussed sizing, matting, logo, and that the names of the recipients on the certificates would be forwarded to the company when the nomination process was completed. She said it would not be a problem and that her team would do a mock up of a certificate. Kim was kind, professional and informative throughout the process.
