“Highly recommend this company, for a number of reasons. 1) they are 35% cheaper than their neighbor Nothern / AmeriGas, who hiked their prices out of nowhere to $4 per gallon after us being with them for 4 years. 2) Great, LOCAL customer service, unlike their neighbor AmeriGas 3) they truly care about their customers and worked with us to get our propane filled asap after running out who are awful and I never want to support again. You can call and actually speak to a real person and they were super quick with email correspondence. Choose Silvertip!!!”

“The employees in the office have always been helpful and kind. The deliveries, even in the winter with a foot of snow are exceptional. However, this morning i tried calling the office and got a ridiculous phone tree that went on and on. Finally, after providing my zip code I was connected to a human who i could barely understand. I asked if I could speak to the Livingston office directly and his response was “The Livingston office no longer accepts phone calls from its local customers”Livingston office 5 starsCustomer Service from who knows where 1 star”
