Do yourself a favor and go with fed-ex. This store is disorganized, employees are untrained, and the manager is absent. Any issue will be rerouted to corporate, who will tell you to go back to the store, and so on. No customer service, huge waste of time.

Horrible experience. They didn't put a label on a box and it came back to an old label on the box. Then Susanne blamed me cause I didn't know which of the 6 boxes it was on the receipt so they could look it up. I thought I was doing the right thing so they wouldn't have to pay for the stuff in the box but I was informed that it was my fault and they didn't say sorry for not putting label on the box. However, multiple staff informed for me that the label was removed so I do not know if this is a common occurrence in this store for the staff to know this information. The manager Tim needs to figure out if staff, the drivers or customers who have access to packages in the front of the store are tampering with the labels. The staff could not admit that they made a mistake and Susanne informed me it was getting shipped for free even though the shipping was already paid for so it's not free!! If it was free they would have refunded the money and then shipped it for free. I would give it zero stars for horrible customer service if I could. Apparently in this store the customer is not correct.

I worked with Tim to print nice posters, binded pre-reads, and additional materials to support a conference at a nearby hotel. I was out of state and Tim WAS AMAZING. He would personally contact me with updates and more importantly had an amazing attitude especially as I would adjust my asks on tight deadlines. He produced A+ service and A+ products and was willing to drop off materials for me. Tim was wonderful to work with and I would absolutely recommend him and his store. Thank you, Tim!

The gentleman named Tim in there is very knowledgeable and practical. He helped me send a package and sign up for a po box. Everything he said was informative and kind. He never rushed me and explained all my options on both matters.

It's always enjoyable coming to the store. Tim, the owner, extensively helped my girlfriend ship a delicate package to Europe while I was away. He did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was delivered properly. Thanks Tim!!

Terrible customer service. Store was a mess. Couldn't fulfill a basic print order, nor issue a refund. Instead, routed me to corporate, who then had a different branch in another city call me solely to say they couldn't help me. That makes no sense and is reflective of a corporation so big that their only solution is to pass the buck until someone "goes away". Unprofessional, sloppy, not how a business should be run. Will not use UPS again by choice.

Spent $62 to ship, insure, and track a fragile package to our daughter in celebration of her engagement. not only did it arrive Weeks later, and smashed into smithereens, UPS Store 2420 will not return calls, emails , or make good on the claim. Calls to UPS corporation refer me back to the store as I do not have a corporate account..
