This is the first time in a long time that I have received quick and friendly service at the post office. Allison was great! Greeted me with a smile and was willing to help. If I could give her more than 5 starts I would.

Why does the post office just bring the mail to my door when my box is full? I can't get out when it's cold and icy. I walk with a cane. They withhold my mail and that is wrong i don't drive and have to find rides. Thank you
