“I attended a pop up dinner here and all I can say is WOW. Chef Nick prepared one of those most thoughtful and interesting dinners I have ever had. The menu was so intentional and blended elements I would never have thought together to make something truly special. I loved the format of seating--everyone at one long table meant a chance to get to know someone new in community and encouraged the sharing of wine and stories. This is such a gem to have in Livingston and compliments the other amazing food options in town so well. If you see them advertising for a dinner, do not hesitate to buy a ticket. It is well worth it and then some. The sourdough shrimp corndogs wander through my mind on almost a daily basis and I keep hoping to find another serving of the brown butter sunchoke puree and king salmon on the plate in front of me.”
