Terrible customer service. Wells Fargo arbitrarily put a 10 day hold on a check I deposited, despite the other bank paying out on it immediately. To make matters worse, nobody at this branch can provide any information whatsoever when I am able to get a hold of them at all. They never call back or reply to emails despite promises to do so. This company is highly dishonest and this branch is profoundly unhelpful.

Yes I've been down to their Bank in Livingston Montana three times to try to open a CD open account and get a CD and each time they don't have a banker that can do it this bank is a waste of time I will never go back they might want to try to think about getting some new management so you can actually bank at this Bank

I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1977 when I opened my first checking account in San Francisco. Since the Livingston branch closed their lobby to customers last summer, I've decided to move my business and personal accounts at the end of this year to a local bank that cares about service. Try calling, you'll rarely get an answer. I've had it with this bank. If you're new to town you would do better going elsewhere.

Loved this place and workers. All wells Fargos branches need to reevaluate their customers. You call no answer, but yet it's during business hours. Needed to get another account opened up but they just lost me as a customer due to not answering phone and not really giving a hoot! Hopefully you can get better and do better!

Stopped by to deposit money in an account after checking on line and it said that they were open, its closed towalk- ins. Tried calling and just a busy signal at 11:30.. wells Fargo customer service at its finest.

I always have an unforgettable experience when I go to the Livingston branch! Laura, Mariela, and Monica greet me by my name every time I walk through the doors. They are professional, proficient, and they make me feel valued. They also provide mobile and online banking alternatives which I appreciate it! Keep up the great work ladies!

I'm now waiting for my third debit card! The first two have been labeled as lost. One to my physical address and one to my mailing! I've been going through this for a month. Never saw anything on either. Not even a notice to my email that they have been sent. I sent the whole day at home waiting for one that never arrived ? Miss managed accounts and the same repeat problems over and over! I wish there was a zero star. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Husband dropped off a business deposit this morning because they weren't open yet.....now the day is over & NONE of our checks were deposited. I tried calling both phone numbers listed in the phone book many times today, but no one would even answer the damn phone!!!
