“called to ask if an ID is needed to order a new debit card, the woman who i was speaking with didn’t know the answer off the top of her head so she reached out to her manger to confirm. once learning i wasn’t going to her branch she reached out the other branch to double check that it would be okay if I came in without an ID. She went above and beyond. This is a wonderful bank with even better employees who care about their patrons.”

“The physical locations and the people who work there are amazing, friendly and so helpful. I have a very good repor with several on a first name basis. My only issue is with there online banking, more specifically there app. It's so frustrating. Witht that said. Fsb rocks”
