“I started at this gym without any experience and now I can go in there feeling confident and stronger than ever! The community of people is the most welcoming I’ve ever been apart of. The coaches are so encouraging and helpful with all skill levels. This is truly my favorite place to be!”

“I have been going to this gym in Lolo for approx 7 years. I quit for a few weeks only because I needed a break from the same old scenery. I checked around and compared other fitness centers in the area and there was no comparison. This particular facility is clean and well maintained. So... I'm back! It would be nice, though if there was an attendant there during morning hours.”

“Dropped in from out of town for a quick workout and everyone was great! The coach and whole group was super friendly and encouraging through a super tough (and luckily for me, scalable) workout. I plan to drop in again next time through town!”

“This gym is the best training experience I've had. It gets specific for the changing seasons and sports. I feel stronger and have more endurance in every activity I do. I'm also an ex-crossfiter and they have improved and overhauled my form on most every exercises. My physical therapist even heard good things and gave them a thumbs up. My shoulder got stronger and the injury has almost completely healed itself. When I first started I was nervous I was going to be too sore because I hadn't weightlifted or seriously trained in like 6 months, and they let me ease into the weightlifting and modify exercises for my injury. ALSO it's a good base even if you aren't an athlete and you just want to feel healthy and strong as you get older.”

“Joining OTF was one of the best decisions I've made for myself. They completely take the mental effort out of planning workouts and figuring out when to go to the gym. The visual representation of my heart rate is really rewarding to watch throughout the workout. I am signed up on the unlimited plan for the accountability.... if I schedule a class and no show, they charge me.. which is very motivating. I have adhd and I'm convinced this program was made by someone with adhd.. they understand how to motivate you and keep your excitement about coming to class. Now, I look forward to booking classes and planning out my exercise!”

“Really really solid gym. One of the few places left where the whole gym just cares about getting better and being healthy, not an influencer in sight. Everything you need in stock, perfect for any kind of strength training, CrossFit friendly, cardio machines, etc. great people running the place as well.”

“From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The gym itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere for a productive workout session. The best part for me was definitely the sauna. Top notch experience overall”

“The water aerobics instructors,Nora, Becca, and Julie are great ! (We miss Sarah and Brooke and wish we could have them again also.)The lifeguards are helpful and alert and the office staff and Carol, who cleans, are all wonderful. The only complaint I have is so concerning ! There are only two showers in the Women's locker room that work now. We often have 12 to 20 women at water aerobics that need to shower. Plus all the other women and groups of children that need to shower. Please get plumbers to fix them. There are demands to shower before getting in to the pool. How can that happen? And everyone wants to at least rinse the chlorine off.How much longer do we have to wait ? UPDATE !! Today we now have eight showers working Thank you so much !!”

“The time I spend at body pump (strength), yoga, and pickle ball every week are my FAVORITE and it's all because of the PEAK. I was initially skeptical of the high monthly prices compared to cheaper gyms, but I am SO glad I invested. Not only are the facilities the cleanest I've ever seen, but the group classes are the reason I am still going to the gym!”

“As long as you build a routine to stick to this is probably the best gym at the membership price. It has every piece of equipment that a novice-advanced would ever need. It's rare for me to walk in the gym and not have a squat rack to use. If you come into the gym with the right program you're going to get results. My only real criticism is it should have a cambered barbell in the quiet room. As of 2023 many bodybuilders are picking up on the fact that the cambered barbell produces a superior stretch for benching than normal barbells so it makes sense to do this little update imo. It would only cost what, 150? 250 for the gym to buy? As for people thinking they're getting screwed over by the contract: why start a gym membership anywhere if you're not committed to the fitness lifestyle?”
