These guys go over and above to make sure you get what you need. They helped us to place our containers correctly, and they worked pretty hard getting it done. We appreciate the help, and we appreciate how up-front they were about pricing and how well they communicated with us during the sale.

Absolutely terrible bookkeeping, boarder line criminal. Had to pull 2 years of records and literally spell out every single charge and what invoice it paid. Turns out they had over billed me by more than $500, shame on me for not catching it sooner! Crystal pretty much just charges your card whenever she feels like it for any amount she feels like with no rhyme or reason and absolutely zero communication about what's going on. She refuses to answer the phone and have a conversation about it. Always blames it on a "new account system" which I think they've had 3 in the last year. Had to cancel my debit card and revoke their ability to "auto pay". Totally ridicules business. Switching to a different company as soon as the over payment plays out because of course you can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email to get a refund. I would encourage all current customers to check your records!

Horrible bookkeeping experience! I quit using their service then ,1.5 years later using an expired debit card number I was billed for $130 for a month 2 years ago that I supposedly did not pay for. Don't recommend their service unless you want to pay for services you did not use.
