“I was there for an hour because the U-Haul corporate website sucks on weekends. Apparently it is a known problem in the industry. frustrating all franchise and corporate workers.

This location had the little trailer I needed. The paperwork took a long time at no fault to the owner, but the corporate website.

They also had the adapter I needed for the wiring. I would use this location again”

“I believe the service was excellent. Our person who checked us in and assigned us our car-dolly was very professional. As she ask questions when she was finished, she then look up and repeat it so we had firm understanding. When paperwork was finished, she walked outside with us showed us our assigned car-dolly made sure that it was hooked up correctly and the lights were working. Was a pleasant experience.”

“I was on the west coast to move my mom to Florida we chose to go with budget due to our budget. The guys were super helpful from start to finish I called the week ahead of time to verify that everything was good to go they confirmed and said yes. I got there the RV was already out on the street ready to go it's very fast and efficient the younger gentleman was very helpful in doing the walk around and making sure that everything was documented. The older gentleman was very helpful and informational and regards to making sure that we had all the insurance we needed luckily our and covered as for a six-wheeled commercial vehicle so we are set to go. We made the cross-country Trek just under 3,000 miles! The van ran great only complaint is wish it would have had air ride suspension lol. I am glad I did not go with all the negative reviews as we had a great experience. The workers for Budget cannot do anything about if someone does not return a truck on time or abandoned it because they don't feel like bringing it back. That is the most common reason why a reservations get canceled and it's completely out of their hands.”
