We chose this company because they’re local. We have been without internet since 12/23 and will be without until 12/29 at least! We were told from an overseas service agent (working for the “local” company ) that they cannot help us. We are beyond frustrated and actually at a point where internet safety is a concern in our home. We are MT locals and this goes against everything the Little Apple company stands for. We are beyond disappointed and if something isn’t rectified ASAP we will speak on this on social media without barriers.

NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE:
I moved in October and called to discontinue my account, I was on hold until I decided to use the call back option, and no one called back until it was already end of day.
I got billed for November at my old home, need to call to see why, and have been on hold for 46 min as of typing. Are there really that many people calling at 8am on a Monday or do they just not take calls 🫠
Other than that, I never had an issue with their internet

DJ Evans came out and not only did he give my location manager free range to move her office with all lines long enough to reach but in such a timely manner. He was in and out and actively trying his best to make sure we got exactly what we were wanting and more. What an awesome person to have working for such company. Good work guys and don’t lose him!!!! Thank you DJ for your hospitality and your efficiency! We appreciate you!

Haven't had working internet for a month and called multiple times spoke to a few different people went through the whole troubleshooting process and was told id get a call in 24 hours twice and never heard! Tried leaving a message on the website and an email it has been 2 weeks since I last heard from someone! Still no wifi and they closed my ticket without resolution. I will NOT be paying my bill for the month and they can contact me when they want their things! Do not use this company!!! Almost 2 years and this is the service 🙄

Do not use this company they have terrible customer service. I had been a loyal customer for 7 years and recently have gone through not having service for 4 days and they couldn't get back to me. When I called to cancel the man I spoke to hung up on me!! I have personally been in customer service for over years and never have I ever been treated this way!

Horrible customer service my service has been down for five days and they didn’t do a single thing about it. Every time we’ve called them, they’ve always been rude and they don’t like to do their job. I’ve had this service company for about seven years and I’ve never been satisfied with it. Don’t recommend.

What do we like about Little Apple in Manhattan MT ? They answer the phone when we have questions or problems! We live quite a distance away from any services, and we've enjoyed Little Apple internet at our cabin for many years. Thanks Little Apple!

Little Apple has great customer service and super friendly techs I loved meeting the team. It sounds like in the last couple years they have done massive upgrades to their infrastructure and I am thankful to work with them.

I just spent a bit with Jordan getting me back online. He was very patient and friendly as he walked me through each "next step". I also appreciate working with someone locally when I have questions. LAT has been our provider for 20 years.

We think 'L.A T.' is what's right about the world. We've had their service for close to a decade and only now have they needed to raise their rates, but only by a miniscule amount. Outages have been rare and infrequent and you will be pressed to find a more dedicated hard-working bunch on the planet.
