I just spent a bit with Jordan getting me back online. He was very patient and friendly as he walked me through each "next step". I also appreciate working with someone locally when I have questions. LAT has been our provider for 20 years.

We think 'L.A T.' is what's right about the world. We've had their service for close to a decade and only now have they needed to raise their rates, but only by a miniscule amount. Outages have been rare and infrequent and you will be pressed to find a more dedicated hard-working bunch on the planet.

It is truly the worst internet service in the valley...I'd go elsewhere if you have a choice. We've been forced to use them because we live out of town in a rural area with no hard lines close by. We have had constant outages, almost every weekend, for the last couple months, and honestly, years. We call technical support for help and don't hear back for many days or until we call them again! Since we also don't have cell reception, wifi is the only way we can use our phones. So on our limited days off from work, we have absolutely no service in our own home. Customer service seems to not care at all. VERY frustrating and overpriced for extremely slow, inconsistent internet.

We have officially given up on Little Apple. We have spent endless hours trying to solve the problem and they just can't seem to help.

Just a poor quality company. Having worked there prior, I know they don’t provide costumers with the best services they could get and care more about just charging someone 100 bucks a month for internet that won’t work half of the time. Having seen how the business was run and how I was treated (fired because I had to miss a week and a half with mono) I will never recommend this company to anyone. Please try Blackfoot communications or global net if you are in need of a WISP provider.

The owners of this company should be ashamed.Even if you went to college and earned a PhD in poor customer service. You couldn't match the ridiculous, child-like service this place provides.

These fellas in the Manhattan office do a great job!Yes, they have outages just like every provider has. Little Apple has always been courteous & efficient when there's a problem.If you like being treated like a number & a nuisance, use Spectrum or Quest. You won't get that from the Customer Service people in Manhattan's Little Apple Tech office.

As much as I like doing business with local companies its unfortunate that Little Apple continues to fail. In the last 2 weeks I've had several outages. One was due to planned maintenance. I was down for almost a whole day. No proactive communication or any communication for that matter. How about a little redundancy? Maybe some basic networking architecture? I'm not sure what the problem is but I'll be moving to another service very soon. Sad to take my money out of the local economy but I can't continue to invest in failure.

When they are out of the office the remote tech support is terrible! We have been without internet service too many times and no one ever helps us until they get back in the office. We live off grid so everything is online including our phone service. We pay for cellphone service but barely have a signal. Someone please work weekends!!!
