They act like they care when you literally walk in to inquire about missing mail and packages, but the employees at this post office are inept and regularly lose my mail/packages and deliver other mail to my address. Beyond how personally frustrating it is to deal with them, this actually makes me worry for the future of the United States Postal Service if this is the sort of poor care other communities receive. It is like they are trying to sabotage the service from within to get defunded.

“Unable” to scan a QR code for shipping label. Really? Are you unable or unwilling? When I get the email from the post office with a QR code it doesn’t say “service only available at some locations”. I called customer service and asked if they could get the proper equipment to this facility so that they could process labels. She says she’s never heard of a location not able to process a label with the QR code… so I can only deduce that it was a case of unwillingness not inability.

Lost two of my packages back to back. No one knows anything. And when asked for the postmaster general number they become mentally deficient.

The hours are absolutely ridiculous. If you have to work during the week there's no chance you'll get your packages. On the Saturday when most NORMAL people have time to get things it closes at 11:30 am. Just terrible open hours .

I'm very disappointed in this Post Office. It only stays open until 2 pm on the weekdays and only open for 1 hour and 45 minutes on Saturday. The workers also take a hour long lunch break in the weekdays. It's a joke. It just seems very lazy if you ask me.
