“Not only was their customer service very knowledgeable and friendly, their prices were infinitely better than any other parts store in town!I had previously gone to oreillys for a part, and ended up going through 3 faulty parts before I decided to cut my losses and get my money back.They had the exact FUNCTIONAL part I needed for $15 when oreillys had junk for $30 and Napa had it for $80 something.Hands down the best parts store in town.”

“A group of us came into town for about a month for work, and needed a rental car. The crew at Jack's made sure we weren't only in a brand new car, but catered to our needs in regards to how large of a vehicle we needed. For a town of ~8,500, they had a decently large inventory of vehicles for us to choose from.At one point I had to drop a car off and get back to the job site and the employees went far above expectations by offering me a ride fr their shop to my job. What a commendable group. You don't find this kind of customer service in many places.We'll definitely be repeat customers!Thanks, Jack's Body Shop, for making our work trip comfortable, and allowing us to ride in style!”

“Somehow lost one of my dust covers for the wheel bearings on my trailer while moving across country and luckily noticed it right up the street while stopping for gas and checking everything over. Went in and the assistant manager (Brian or Brandon maybe, I'm terrible with names) helped me out tremendously. He called up someone who would have exactly what I was looking for since they didn't have it. Picked up wheel bearing grease and a grease gun and went on my way a happy camper. Saved our move!”
