“I wanted to share my experience with the team at Deluxe Motors Inc. My wife and I had been traveling across country in our 40’ Dutch Star RV towing our four month old RAM Laramie 1500. We had been very challenged with losing battery power when in tow even though I had a trickle charger hooked up between the RV and the RAM truck. When the RAM lost power, it was undrivable and I had to go to a dealer to get the computer reset (This was our third trip to a dealer on this two month trip, and I was getting frustrated). The only way to get the truck to the dealer was to tow it behind the RV, so we stayed the night at the local KOA and towed it over at 7:00 am before the dealer ship opened. Zach, the General Manager, was there before his entire team pulling vehicles out of the shop into place on the lot for the day. He greeted us warmly and stopped what he was doing to ask what they could do for us. I was impressed with Zach! I told Zach that I felt all we needed was to have the codes read and the computer cleared so that we could get on our way. Zach asked us to pull the vehicle behind the back of the shop so he could accommodate us. He cleared the codes but we could still not start the truck. So we parked the RV again to wait until the team arrived. Tim, the service manager was another impressive team member. He learned about our challenges and set a team member on our vehicle right away. An hour and a half later, they had the problem diagnosed as a shorting shifting component, but the part would not arrive until the following day. As long as we were going to be delayed for 24 hours, I had Tim look at the dead battery we had replaced already and a problem we were having with the tail gate not shutting manually. Tim called the next morning before promised and the team had the truck running again. Tim reassured me saying that the part shorting out could have been our problem throughout our trip – so far, I believe he was correct. The dead battery was charged and they fixed the tail gate. If you’re going to get stranded, this is the place to do it. Deluxe has an impressive team of caring people. I’d buy my next car from them if they were close!”
“The cabin air filter was replaced which I requested but additionally they performed a Frigi Fresh deodorizer service which I did not request, for an added charge of $13.50. My truck did not smell bad and I wonder if I can be reimbursed.”

“thanks soooo much!! you are amazing, and fast, got my baby fixed and back to me in no time...i really appreciate you, and the time and effort you took to make sure i wouldnt have future issues! i had given up hope, especially after having been screwed over by the local ford dealership and them not being able to fix it...ford cost me over 5 grand, and it had more issues than when it went in, plus i was missing my 2 new batteries over 300 each...these guys were about half that, and they fixed all the issues, my truck has NEVER sounded better...i am a loyal customer for as long as they will have me...i dont want anyone else working on my truck”

The guy saw the issue and immediately brought a hose out and filled it enough to get into the bay. The work was quick. “Showed up in Miles City to pick up a trailer we bought on an online auction only to find out the hitch was broke! They were able to pick it up put a new hitch on and get us on the road home in under 4 hrs!! Great job and great to deal with for a fair price!!”
