Ive been here twice. Once to have a bumper installed and they never aligned it right had to re-align myself. Second time I came in to have door speakers changed out. And they broke the window switch bezels on both front doors as well as lost the bezel for the door lock. They said they would fix or replace. It's been 3 months now and still not fixed or replaced. 2 experiences and both not great. But they are very friendly

Bought a truck hitch from them for my truck. Very Nice people there and it was even cheaper than he quoted me. They have everything you need aftermarket for a vehicle it seemed. I'll go back and would recommend them to others.

I have had a lot of work done on many vehicles over the years at CAA. The one thing that has remained constant is the high level of craftsmanship and absolutely top-notch customer service. I can't say enough good things about Lee and the rest of the crew. These folks have taken such good care of my and my vehicles. I will never go anywhere else.

We are SUPER PLEASED with your parts and vehicle knowledge and the excellent, clean installation. **Purchase and installation of a Road Armor Stealth Front Winch Bumper w/Titan II Guard, and Rigid fog lights.**We have paid for a lot of custom work from other installers in the past, driving long distances to get to them, and were not as happy. We are glad you are so close! Wow!Good quality parts, and professional custom installations aren’t cheap!

Quality of work is great! People there are friendly.They had a snafu ordering a part for me and I had to remind them about it. That was unsat but not a biggie.Then I was a little disappointed the price quoted was off the cuff and kept going up every time I checked in with them. Final bill was higher than any amount mentioned. Felt like I was being patronized about the cost as I paid my final bill. Every part I purchased was more expensive there than anything I could find comparing prices. I definitely over paid. So be it - I supported small business.Probably won’t be back. Kind of a bummer - they are accommodating, friendly, and do good work.
