Very short staffed but friendly and informative from the start. They admitted to being short staffed and asked for patience. Order was right, fresh and given with a friendly attitude. I know what it’s like to be in that position and the only thing really needed to help was more staff. The two workers there deserve more support.

They were short staffed and the lobby was closed so we went through the drive through. For being short staffed, the food was actually out quickly and tasted great! The workers were very sweet! Kudos to the workers doing their best when it's easy to get discouraged being without enough help and they rocked it!

Never seen anything like it. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. In that time, 2 cars placed an order, and one of them got their food. But I had a great vantage point of a staff member ambling back to the restaurant from either the Verizon store or the park, tossing a cig butt in the parking lot before walking in the door. I thought to myself, “maybe it’ll speed up now with more help!” But sadly, 5 minutes later he returned with a second staff member, and they both got in a car and drove away! Bummer!Never did get food, and we certainly weren’t alone. What a mess!

We have waited in this line for over an hour and we haven’t even ordered food yet. It doesn’t take this long to make food at a FAST food restaurant.

Staff had no food allergy awareness whatsoever, nor did they seem to care about consequences of ingesting an allergen.

If I could give the service 0 stars I would. I placed my order at about 12:18 to be picked up in drive through, and my husband left to go get it immediately. After about 45 minutes of sitting in line, my husband was told that our order was in lobby. So he went in to get. After another 15 minutes he was finally given our food.An hour later..... and we finally have our food. I understand lunch rush. But... to leave anyone waiting... for AN HOUR, we had a kids meal, a chicken sandwich, and 2 meals. It was not that much food.Also, my frosty is just... chocolate milk. No straws, and no spoon for my "frosty"Get yourselves together.

I just went through the drive thru so I can't day much to the inside of the building. My order was perfect though. It was quick, fresh, and exactly what I asked for. Definitely a good stop.
