Very satisfied. I would highly recommend Action auto body for and vehicle body work needed. Quality 10, service/communication 10, staff 10. They were very accommodating for my situation, as I needed my car done by a certain date because I would be leaving the country for an extended period of time. Actually so sickening the way that this place will go out of their way to screw people. They will try to take advantage of the fact that you’re a “clueless woman” and scam you. I will NEVER recommend this dump to anyone in their right mind.

They tried convincing me and my insurance company that my car was a total loss because they wanted to keep my car when there was nothing wrong besides cosmetic body work. They tried convincing my insurance company that the inside was ruined and the damage wasn't even visible from the inside. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone. Completely screwed me over and wasted 2 weeks of my time.

This place is the most ghetto auto shop I have ever been to. They will scam you with no shame or guilt and won’t even admit to it with proof in your hand. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever!!!! I would give 0 stars and they deserve to be put out of business!!!

I've been to this auto body shop twice for minor dents and both times they were amazingly helpful and even buffed out a mark on the spot. Above and beyond service every time!

It took 3 months for a side mirror to be replaced! When i got it back the lock button is now backwards and hanging off the door. Don't do it, go somewhere else! They have to be reminded constantly to order parts and they hardly ever will call you back after saying they will. I called probably 15 times in 3 months. Also why would it take 3 months for a side Mirror? Save yourself the trouble.

Save yourself the trouble! Very slow to respond to anything. I was the one who had gotten hit and I had to call around 10-15 times during the 3 months it took for the side mirror to be repaired. The person in charge would forget to follow up and forget to order necessary parts. when i got the truck back the lock button was backwards and hanging off the door. i did not go back i asked the insurance company for a different auto repair center. I Do NOT recommend!!!!!

Action auto body restored my Chevy Suburban after hitting a deer. It looked pretty mangled, electronics and panels were damaged. I couldn’t even open the hood. I’ve now had it inspected elsewhere after the work is done and no issues can be found. The only thing slowing them down is parts but even then Matt gave me alternative options to get it done earlier if I wanted and kept me up to speed with the status as it was worked on. I used Action Auto Body to repair to repair and paint a rear bumper. The entire process was seamless from receiving the bid, scheduling the service to the repair. All staff I spoke with were professional, friendly and answered all our questions. Their communication was great! They contacted me the week before the service to remind me of the appointment. They had a night drop off service which worked well for our schedules. They contacted me on the day the repair was completed to advise me when they would be done. When I picked up the car it looked great! The whole process was so professional. I would highly recommend Action Auto for auto body repair. Thank you!Service: Painting

I had to get a second opinion and they said if I were to get the same car accident after Action Auto Body fixed it, I probably wouldn’t be alive.When I say worst experience of my life… I’m not kidding. When I was in Missoula I was stopped in traffic and got hit by a guy going 50. My insurance recommended action auto body, so I agreed. After 5 weeks an employee told me it was going to be done the following week. It wasn’t, 7 week mark they told me it was going into painting and would be ready that Monday, I called Tuesday, turned out they didn’t even have the part for my car, 10 weeks I finally got my car backI knew something was wrong brought it by and the owner him self said and I quote “ we had it on the rack , it meets all the specs, but that’s what happens when you rush things”I took it to get a second opinion, TURNS OUT..Action did not use any of the sealer on their welds or correct adhesive. They completely skimped on every thing and there was still a huge dent that they didn’t bother to fix. Now to even fix what they messed up is almost $30,000 in repairs.They are completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and clearly don’t care about the safety of their customers.Services: Transmission

I brought my pickup in (August 15th) for a quote on replacing a body panel on the back of the cab. After getting the quote back the following day, I have the go ahead to order the needed parts and do the repair. About a week later I was called and we scheduled the appointment to complete the repair.On the day of the repair (Wednesday, September 7th), I took my truck in and dropped it off. About an hour later I was called and asked to come pick it up, they explained they couldn't do the repair because the parts didn't arrive on that morning's delivery. I thought it was odd they would schedule the repair without even having the parts in hand, but figured this must be their way of expediting things and being efficient.I went back, picked up my truck and was tike they would contact the vendor and get tracking on the needed parts, and that they would call me that afternoon with the info. This was on a Wednesday morning. The afternoon came and went... no call. I know things can get hectic, so I let that slide. Finally on Monday afternoon (September 12th...5 days after I was promised a call with info on where the ordered parts were), I had to call Action Auto Body to see what was the status.They apologized and said they had no info, but they would call the vendor again and see what the hold up was and get some tracking info, and they would call me back with that info. Again, I never received a phone call or ANY form of communication whatsoever.Disgusted with the complete lack of communication and professionalism from Action Auto Body, I took my truck to another body shop, explained the situation, showed them the estimate I had from Action Auto Body, and had them give me their estimate.Here's where things get interesting..... Action Auto Body had totally messed up their estimate! They had down WRONG parts, parts I didn't need but they were going to bill me for, as well as they missed parts that were needed!So, I gave this other body shop the go ahead to order the parts and do the repair. Exactly one week later the parts were received, they called me to let me know the parts were in, and the following day I took my truck in and the repair was completed.I've been in customer service for 34 years, I've managed a retail store that had over $56 million in sales..... so I know what good customer service looks like. As far as I'm concerned, Action Auto Body does not know what his customer service is. As a result, they lost my business...... ALL it would have taken was some communication on their part.
