Totally absurd cancellation policy.If you Pre-pay then you will be punished for paying early while cancellation with charge of $50.If you don't use pay now, you can get free cancellation.This is Totally absurd.Be careful before using this service.

Rented a minivan for a week, but when we got there I quickly realized I was going to need a 4wd vehicle. They were extremely helpful to get me the vehicle I needed. Much appreciated!

Always an easy rental experience with Alamo. I check in early online so when I arrive at the counter all I have to do is sign a form, collect the keys, and hit the road!

The Missoula Airport team was awesome. Needed a replacement vehicle at a time when they had limited inventory after getting terrible service from their enterprise partner on Broadway across town. They upgraded ne and rushed a cleaning on the vehicle. They were amazing!

Extremely unhelpful and unwilling to attempt assist when our family was faced with a cracked windshield in the middle of our road trip. Windshield was hit by a large rock and the crack kept extending across creating an unsafe situation. His suggestion... drive 2 hours to kalispell like that. Thankfully, I was able to get through to roadside assistance and received great help from enterprise.

While I didn’t get the exact car I had wanted, Alamo provided a very similar one with the same capabilities. The agent I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I will see probably use Alamo again the next time I come to Missoula.

I had to rent a car on very short notice because my Son had been involved in an auto accident and I needed to fly out to Montana to check on him. The staff at the Missoula airport rental counter were fantastic and the car was excellent!

Watch them, they hold your refunds for a free 7 day loan. Rented a car to work the 2020 Census in the area in September, it was subsequently extended through the first week of October. The extra week was charged to my card, no problem. I returned the car and was charged for the full rental term in one charge. Here's the fun part, they put a hold on the refund they issued on 10/5 to be held by my bank until 10/13 - after already being paid in full on 10/5. When my bank says they'll release the funds immediately if Alamo would send a statement revoking the charge on their letterhead to the bank's fax number, Alamo says they don't have the ability to do that. On top of all that the government weekly rate they charged is equal to $20 per day OVER their standard rate for the same term. Gouging us tax payers isn't the way to make up for your COVID losses, besides Congress gave you CARES Act funds to lessen the blow.Did I file a Consumer Complaint with the Montana AG's office, you bet I did. Not surprised to see they have three complaints ahead of mine. Never again.

ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE SERVICE! Stood in line for an hour and a half AND then had to wait another HOUR on top of that so they could clean cars! NEVER AGAIN!
