So either Albertsons corporate or just this Albertsons' location has a policy that if you bring your own grocery bag, it is not allowed on the cashier belt and you have to bag your own groceries. This has to be one of the dumbest or thee dumbest grocery store policy I have ever heard of. First, all grocery stores include the cost of providing plastic or paper bags into the products they sale. That is just basic business economics 101. So if a customer brings their own grocery bag, then it is essentially extra profit for the store. Secondly, because it is extra profit, then the store should bag that customers groceries. However, during a pandemic I have no issue bagging my own groceries etc. Again, I don't know if it is a corporate policy or just this locations policy but it is just flat d*** and a good way to loose customers. Ironically they have no policy for customer who don't bring back grocery carts or steal them. Do the math Albertsons-the non-shopping cart policy cost you more money and customers bring their own grocery bags make you more money unless that customer like me won't return because of the d*** policy.

They always seem to be out of whatever I am prescribed for at least three days before I am able to get my prescription. Then, when I am finally able to get it, it takes waiting an hour each time for them to finally fill my prescription, when I can see what I need on the shelf behind them and nobody else is in line/waiting.

This is one horrible supermarket. What the store manager does, the staff does and the store manager is arrogant, rude, and i notice he treats people of color including myself with no respect. There is a pandemic now and i see so many people entering the store without masks. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF HOW THIS SUPERMARKET CHAIN HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDERLY AND IMMUNE COMPROMISED. This store has a Starbucks with horrible customer service, the staff eats behind the counter, There was a male employee in store who used bathroom and did not wash his hands. yuck! All in all, this store, predominantly, if not all white are very rude . Also in this store i had a albertsons employee rush in front of me to be checked out. The store manager does not care. He told me if i did not like it then dont shop here.

Happy with how it looks after the remodel, also it's nice seeing the same friendly faces who know you on a month to month basis. Because this is the closest Albertson's to the university it can get hectic at times but I never have to wait long for my prescription.

So Albertsons now has this app where you can download coupons onto your phone. Beware, as the coupons do not always get recognized by the register. Be sure and check BEFORE you leave the store. Twice now I have put the sale item into my Just for U list and entered the correct phone number at the register, only to NOT receive the sale price. The store's response: “bring in your receipt and we will credit you.†Honestly, Albertsons, my time is worth something and it's not running back and forth to grocery stores. Get it right the first time!

It's a good basic store. Good specials in the meat department. Product selection is somewhat limited, but it's the best general grocery in town.

Employees are really nice and remember me but they're business dealing is shady and suspect. Huge discrepancies with what they charged me and what my insurance covered. Am in the process of investigating.
