I had a previous issue with this store, but Jessie restored my faith in Autozone. He knows what he's talking about and serves customers with a smile. Thanks Jessie!

This store is great the employees are friendly and well knowledge they also have a tool rent program so if you don't have it, you can rent it and return it great for times you only need a tool once :) saves you some money. they carry a well stocked inventory of parts definitely recommend.

Great place to get auto parts. Even a salesperson came out to install the 3 wipers I purchased. 2 for the front and 1 for the rear window. I will go back. Thank you Autozone

The entry level of this Autozone Auto location is difficult and a bit dangerous (when coming off of the main road) to drive into without having to circle the block ultimately coming in through another business parking lot just to get to the front of the store. Made a stop here to purchase a specific type of fluid. Myself and family member were greeted upon entering the store. As we were searching the shelf to find the fluid we came in for an employee appeared out of nowhere started talking without looking at anyone directly. We looked around thinking maybe he was speaking to someone else because he never approached us and asked us what we were looking (and if he did he didn't get the green light he had obtained our attention) It took us a moment for us to realize that he was talking fast to us (without ever making any eye contact) this made us chuckle because it was a bit strange. But I appreciate the effort lest he was a shy trying to push himself outside is comfort zone. During checkout the cashier made a joke that was meant to be an ice breaker but it came off a little awkward. He tried again to make conversation but once again it was done in a way that came off as if he was nervously babbling and doing way to much! Overall, the effort was appreciated, at least they tried to provide good customer service but for future reference it would be ideal if they learned how to "read the room". If someone makes minimal effort to speak that means give them some space or at the very least just keep to being simple in communicating and polite. No need to overwhelm!

If there was a zero I would give them no stars, was looking for a motorcycle battery. I asked the counter "help" and they pointed me to the battery isle. " they are over there"3 more people came into the store and were helped after i was pointed to the battery isle. After ten minutes, I left. Went to AutoZone on 3rd and they were great!

I am severely disappointed in autozone I have called repeatedly only to be put on hold for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. Then to have the phone go dead like I was hung up on. Autozone has severely fallen standards.

Worked for this store for 6 years, and never have I seen it so bad. I get that there are staffing issues and they don't have a store manager right now, but the moral, sense of urgency and customer service is non existent. Walked in the store yesterday, 3 gray shirts are up front, one was helping a customer and I was the only other customer in the store at that time, and not one of them did drop stop 30/30. No help at all. Called 3rd street, after I left the hub disappointed, and they immediately put me on hold. Said forget it and went to oreilly. Sad that oreilly is outdoing AutoZone now. They earned my business that day and probably will from here on out.

I've been going to AutoZone since I bought my first car. I got my battery replaced in a pinch under warranty. Very helpful.I was really frustrated because my mother and I paid at the counter for two items that were to be shipped to the store. The guy who made this transaction told us it would be in Friday. I called Friday and the other guy who answered said they had no record of a part to be shipped and there was nothing he could do. He suggested I look at the tracking number on the receipt but there was none and it turned out that the receipt said it was purchased in store. The guy who answered was not helpful what so ever. He told us to call corporate and he couldn't do anything. He refused to transfer the call to a manager. My mom called the next day for the corporate number and the manager asked if she could possibly know a little more about this situation in order to resolve it. She told her to come into the store to sort it out. Showed the manager my receipt and within three minutes we got a return. The guy we called the day before was very rude and not helpful what so ever. I am so thankful that the manager was able to resolve this for us.

Gonna be honest as someone who has no training on cars and expects for at least some kind of knowledge behind why your products are differently priced, your "longest working employee" in the store by her words has no clue differences in product, or even opinion if not in the higher price range. Why would you carry lower priced products that you're employees say they wouldn't trust more than a week. I go to buy a battery out of absolutely nowhere and I'm told the budget options "wouldn't be trusted to last more than a paycheck". Why you selling it with a 90 day to a year warranty then? I simply wanted to know the difference between the two. "I don't know" is what I got, I asked can I speak to someone who might know more "none of us are mechanics nobody will". Okay then, I then take pictures of the detailed specs myself and figure it out on my own while Rayvyn chooses to keep talking to coworkers and hide behind the desk. I pick my own battery with zero help other than over the phone with someone. I buy it. As soon as I pay for it she's gone. I'm waiting for my receipt while she's talking to other employees that apparently "couldn't have helped" and another employee has to hand me my receipt. Me and the other with me were baffled with how terrible the service was from this "Long Standing employee" says herself "I don't have a car nor car I work on them" hello? What are you doing here Rayvyn it's AUTOZONE. Get knowledgeable about the products you sell after so many years or go somewhere else where you dont just pull every dime you can out of the people who come in trusting your assistance. Trash.
