4/5 stars only because the paint in the rooms could use an update. Not bad shape, but will need it soon. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Pool was fun. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Alright y’all. This place blew me away. My husband and I are in the middle of a cross-country trip with our two cats, and this hotel is probably my favorite, and we’ve stayed at quite a few. There were so many small things that made this hotel such a pleasant stay. First, shout out to Tom who was working the front desk, he was so friendly, kind, helpful, and professional, making our check-in smooth and simple, even with our pets, and even though we were a last-minute booking. He noted all of the amenity times (breakfast, pool, sauna) without me having to ask, and gave us a slip of paper with the Wi-Fi immediately which was a small thing, but just another thing we didn’t need to worry about :) The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a very large Tv and a bathroom mirror that warmed itself in the center to keep it from fogging. I’d never seen anything like it before, and it was small but appreciated! There were two bottles of water and one chilling in then fridge for us, complementary coffee that was Starbucks brand (aka not the usual gross hotel coffee), and even this thoughtful hospitality benediction (pic included). Just so much thought put into details to make guests comfortable, I was truly blown away. We went down to the pool/hot tub, and it was clean and looked so new and fresh, well kept. There was a workout room as well, though we didn’t go in. In the morning, there was a MAGNIFICENT complimentary breakfast (I’m talking fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagels, muffins, waffles, juice, various syrup flavors, gluten free options), an all-day coffee bar with hot chocolate and tea and apple cider, and that was well managed and delicious as well. (Shout out to Ann and Molly and who ever else helped with breakfast). Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful and polite. Oh, and the pet fee was $20 per night for both pets, the cheapest we’ve seen in ANY hotel so far. And the price for the room was really reasonable, one of the more cost-effective in the area. Seriously, whoever manages this hotel deserves a raise, and so do all the staff members. Thanks to all of you for a really, really lovely stay :)

The only reason the 3/5 stars is because NEVER put a family with kids above a room full of adults. Screaming, crying and running till after midnight. Called the front desk twice and got a little relief for about 5 minutes. Very disappointing.

After driving through a snowstorm to our hotel at StoneCreek Lodge, we were informed that despite having made a reservation with a cat, that they did not take cats. This was great news at 9pm during a snowstorm. After scrambling to find a place, we finally called Best Western. The person who answered is the friendliest hotel worker I’ve talked to in my years of travels! They were sympathetic, accommodating and kind. They asked if we had a room preference and when I asked what would be closest, they made sure we got an easily accessible room.Once we arrived, we discovered that they also had an amazing pool, jacuzzi, sauna AND steam room. After the stress of the drive and hotel mix ups, this was such a welcome amenity. The room itself was great too. The decor is stylish and welcoming, the bed/bedding were comfortable and we didn’t hear another guest our entire stay. I’ll be considering more Best Westerns down the line and it’s the only place I’ll be staying in Missoula from now on.Rooms: The room itself was great too. The decor is stylish and welcoming, the bed/bedding were comfortable and we didn’t hear another guest our entire stay.

FIVE STARS! No doubt! From walking into and walking out - such exceptional service. The entire staff is so genuine and friendly! The pool, gym, and, our room were so clean with fresh towels always available. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and smiling staff ready to assist. I am so appreciative of the hard-working, and dedicated staff here. I will always recommend this to my Missoula community and will certainly be back!

Was planning to book here, though ended up not due to weather, but Tom was the man answering all of our questions and giving advice. Most helpful hotel associate I've ever talked to.
