“I had this shop overhaul my mountain bike suspension this winter and I was pleased with the results. They identified some issues with the fork internals and called to ask if I would like to replace some damaged parts that they recommended be changed. I appreciated them always calling before doing something that would cost me additional money. They also had to wait a long time to get some brand specific parts for the linkages, and I know they were frustrated not being able to get the bike back to me as soon as they would have liked, but they persevered, and I appreciate that. Thank you.”

“Chance saved my sanity yesterday and I must shout him out! After a really frustrating 9-month wait for a U-lock mount replacement from Kryptonite, it arrived with multiple pages of instructions that were not correct. I tried and tried to make sense of things and install it myself, but alas. This was not happening without professional help.

I popped into BH and Chance immediately spent about 40 minutes with me between other customers (seamlessly weaving back and forth the whole time, an art in itself) trying to figure out the perfect angle for an install. When it became clear I was going to have to part with my old school water bottle cage, he suggested the perfect replacement, and installed that as well.

When it was all done- and perfectly so-this delightful human tried to send me along without charging for labor. As he rang me up for my cage upgrade, I learned they are booked three weeks out for repairs. That he gave me such attentive and special care, that he did not turn me away, that he didn't even *mention* this.. he just helped me out.... made me a Bicycle Hangar custy for life.
