(the damage to the chair was not the fault of the chair but of our grandkids who loved using the remote!) Josh and Garrett, went out of their way to get the work done quickly when they heard that my husband had fallen and broke his hip. This chair supports him so well and is much easier for him to get in & out of and we are SO VERY GRATEFUL for their kindness and thoroughness.
