I'm not sure if it's because of the workers hating their jobs or what but this is the most unfriendly and unhelpful pharmacy I've ever been to. Definitely won't be back. I decided to write a review for those not sure where to go. It was convenient to be in target but not with how rude and just angry the workers are.

My child's prescription from the urgent care was ready very quickly. The pharmacy technician was friendly and able to do an efficient checkout.

We have used this CVS pharmacy for over ten years. The pharmacist and the technicians are top notch. They know what they are doing. The pharmacist is especially knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond in helping customers.

We have been using cvs for several years and I'm so disappointed in how they have treated my son and I. I don't know if there are new staff there or what but we will be moving all of our business elsewhere.

The pettiness of the people working here is absolutely absurd. Like I agree that they should make more money than they do, but that doesn’t give them to right to be downright abusive to people trying to get their medications. I tried to fill my prescription today, my doctor even called them to put it in because they’re too incompetent to look up anything. And the lady actually had the audacity to say “you picked that up a few weeks ago. It should be somewhere in your house.”LIKE EXCUSE YOU, MA’AM. My doctor even gave them the refill date of 4-18!I’m just disgusted by the rudeness and pettiness of these pharmacists. It’s extremely unnecessary.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. They used to be fine, but then about a year ago they got a whole new staff and everything went to trash. They are mean, condescending, and just don’t do their jobs. It’s absolutely infuriating.

I transfered my prescriptions to CVS from Walgreens and I'm soo glad I did, the customer service I received was amazing today. Usually at Walgreens they seem to be grumpy all the time. I felt like they genuinely care about the customers. I even witnessed a Karen situation and the cashier handle her like a professional. I honestly would of gave her the same attitude back lol. I was impressed how she handled it. ?

My spouse and I went to this location to get booster immunizations (I had scheduled online, he had been told by CVS by phone that he could walk in to request an appointment). The CVS staff person working became increasingly perturbed with us, particularly related to my husband saying he had been told by phone that there was potential for walk-ins. For the rest of the conversation, it was like everything we said or asked agitated this person even further. We left the counter at that point and I cancelled my appointment online so that we would not have to interact further with him - let alone have him jab me with a needle.

As a medical assistant, communication between pharmacies and physician offices are important. I have not once had an unpleasant encounter with the staff at this CVS. They are always kind and helpful. Christian the pharmacist is always a pleasure to speak with!

I scheduled a covid Bi-valent booster+flu vaccination at this CVS last week, and when I showed up for it, they very rudely refused to vaccinate me...why? I had not brougt my vaccination card with me (which has been full since my third shot last year, and has never ever been required, as it's not a real legal document, and has only ever been for one's own personal records, as stated by the CDC). As I said, the male pharmacist was incredibly rude about it from the first second of interaction, and interjected that their website said it was cvs's requirment 2 times upon it (their website merely mimics CDC's guidance on cards, which is ''only for helping your own memory''), and then changed course to say that missoula country health required it (both their website and office again, only said ''for your own memory'', and would vaccinate me with or without card, no problem)....and then he went on to say they needed the card to enter my infor and records into their system...records of mine they got, up to date, when I went to that very same CVS pharmacy for my third shot a year ago.I mentioned the county's public health office: I went in there for a walk-in shot, but they were full for the day, but were APALLED when i told them the story from this CVS, in which the pharmacy did all it could to NOT vaccinate people--atop invoking the county in their bizarre , illogical reasoning thereto. The people at the county were quite upset to hear that...anyways, they checked the local walgreens, whom had appointments open, and I wen straight there, and was ALLOWED to be given my Covid booster without any trouble whatsoever....you know, because they aren't some kind of insane jerk....I also finally got to get my flu vaccine, which the CVS didn't even bother getting into administering when they found out i had commited such a sin as not bringing my covid vaccination card. Seriously, this was just ridiculous and shameful on the part of any pharmacy. And I am telling everyone I know and meet.

Had a poor experience with one of the pharmacists, Kim. I scheduled an appointment to receive my COVID booster shot and when I arrived realized I had forgotten my vaccination card at home. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem, since I had already lost and damaged two previous cards and had them printed out at CVS. Seems like this scenario should be no different. Just printing out a card, right? Wrong. Kim, who seemed to be in charge, told me gruffly that I would have to drive home and fetch my card despite my previous experience with CVS printing new cards, and even making the bold accusation that the folks at CVS who had previously printed out my card had broken the law. She said new vaccination cards must be obtained through the health department. When I tried to tell her that CDC.gov says otherwise, she cut me off. The fact is, according to the CDC, new vaccination cards must be obtained at the original vaccination site unless the vaccination site has been shut down for some reason or other, at which point the health department will help you. This is all a big deal to me because pharmacists ought to be actively encouraging people to get vaccines and boosters, but instead Kim went out of her way to make me jump through hoops to get the shot. Pharmacists ought to know what they are talking about and shouldn’t, especially in the day and age, go about spreading false information. Because she refused to even look me up in the system to verify my vaccination record, I had to drive over 45 minutes in the snow to get my card. Truly a ridiculous experience. Kim, I truly hope you read this so that you can learn from the experience. Truly unacceptable. Two stars only because the other pharmacists tried to help me out before K butted in.

Everyone is always so nice and they treat everyone as an individual, not just a number. They really do remember you, which is nice for a change. My Wife and I thoroughly enjoy going to CVS to pick up my medication!
