Brought my daughter in for a birthday haircut. Showed several pictures. Even though we called and made an appointment, still felt like she was rushing through to get the job done. Didn't blend the cut and left long hairs on the neck. Was a bit lopsided on the neck as well. After getting home, I shaved her neck, straightened out the lines, and thinned hair by ears. Got charged for a "style" as well. Overall, I am still looking for a family stylist.

Great place. My wife needed new bras and Christina was very helpful in finding the right size, showing her all the options available and was well worth the drive into Missoula.

I went shopping in preparation for a trip to Italy. The guys in the shoe department were great and very helpful. I then asked where the dressier clothes were and they directed me to a different department where I dealt with Derian.
I told her what I was planning for and explained that I was an 18/1x and was looking for dressy clothes. I asked her to pull appropriate items into a dressing room and she very willingly agreed and said it would be fun for her to do.
After about 30-40 minutes, she had an entire rack of clothing for me to try on and set me up in a dressing room. Great service.
Here’s the problem. There was one item that was in my size. Everything she had brought into the dressing room was a large, extra large, 14 or 16. She said that the manufacturers she was setting me up with ran large so I believed her and gave it a shot. To try things on that don’t fit , even when one knows the size of the garment is the problem, is very defeating, disheartening, and hurtful.
I would have better appreciated if she had said that, in the store, they only carry up to a size 16 in dressier clothing and to check online. Instead, I had to go through the humiliation of trying on about 14 different pieces that didn’t fit.
This was a waste of my time, energy, and spirit.
Do better.

Very Nordstrom/Bloomingdale
Like. Hollywood type clothing and fashion jewelry spells out a day shopping here. Find your favorite imported colognes and perfumes also.
Be sure to bring your checkbook AND credit card though. It's not a cheap ride, for sure...nice place and customer service though.

Shuyu is always so friendly and helpful at the fragrance counter! She brings me lots of options to smell based on what I'm looking for, and she is just so knowledgeable it blows me away!

Wonderful service here. Randy is the man to see for men’s dress clothes, he worked really hard to make sure I had what I needed. He was very competent and good at his job!
