I’m pretty disappointed today in our experience here and I tried to find a way to contact the owner before posting a review, but they don’t seem to have a “contact us” option. We placed an online order today to try to avoid the wait time like we had the first time. Order was placed at 8:36AM, they said it would be ready at 9:20AM. 44 minutes to make 2 burritos? That sounded reasonable I guess. Missoula has become a really busy place and the past two weekends they haven’t had the option for online orders here. So I’m expecting a text message around 9:20 saying the burritos are ready, but we didn’t get one. (Still haven’t) Meanwhile we drove over because we didn’t have any other errands to run before we needed to go home. So just after 9:22AM, I went inside to see how things were going!The gals at the counter said it was almost ready, and would be a few minutes more. So I took a seat at a table. At 9:36AM (an hour since we ordered), I texted my husband to say I was thinking about just leaving because the order before mine had gotten messed up too. Shortly after that I did get them, but something should change for the lack of service here. It seems like it shouldn’t take that long, but if it is the normal timeframe, then the online ordering option should be eliminated. It’s obvious it isn’t possible for the orders to be completed in a timely fashion.There were two customers inside when I went in, each of them were also waiting on food. There wasn’t anyone else in there.The burritos are usually really good here, but this time they were pretty greasy, the last time we had them they weren’t this greasy. If you have loads of time, it’s probably a good place to go!Dietary restrictions: They do a good job if you request “no” on an item.

so otherwise this place is fine, but I’ve noticed that they have the highest prices in town for a café au lait. I’ve been a barista for almost a decade and know that a café au lait is a poor man’s latte. I paid $5.50 this morning, and the same drink is at least a dollar cheaper anywhere else in town (and GFS even uses local oat milk). Upcharging $1 for alternative milk is a green tax business practice- just sayin.

This place used to be my favorite neighborhood cafe. It used to be cozy, the inside decor was cohesive, and the staff was great. Now it is the supplier of the worst quality espresso drinks in town, with staff who do not know what they are doing (or even the first thing about how coffee should taste), consistently make incorrect drinks, and do not know the first thing about customer service. I used to frequent this cafe, but the quality has dipped so low that for the first time ever, I had to completely throw away my coffee.

This is one of my new favorite spots in Missoula! I can’t believe it took me two years to discover this lovely little place. Amazing service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know the right questions to ask and have even better suggestions. The place feels comfortable and homey. It is a great place to chat with friends or get some work done. The food is amazing. Some of the best gluten free options I have found in Missoula! I cannot rate this cafe highly enough. A must try!!

$32 for breakfast between 2 people bacon was burnt, cinnamon roll was stale and hard, biscuits and gravy were just blah. Said something to the young girl working and she just apologized didn’t offer to make anything right. Sorry just won’t be back unless just for coffee…

Coffee is not good, i.e. burnt and bitter. They use budget beans and charge premium prices. Otherwise, the food is decent andthe service and atmosphere are nice.

Best breakfast burrito ever. Inventive tea lattes, great coffee. This place is a winner! Indoor and outdoor seating, in a walkable section of town. Not to be missed.

Food was good, staff was friendly, two breakfast sandwiches took 26 minutes!!!! Expect 10-12 minutes when there was only one person in line before us.

What a great place to get a coffee and a great tasting burrito. Environment was peaceful, staff is wonderful, wait time was pretty fast. Overall very happy, full and energized.

Free dog treats, pretty views, delicious food. Quick stop. Perfect stop for brunch on our trip from Colorado.
