I had the crew at Exact Image get me some masks with my business logos on them on very short notice when the mask mandate was put in place. They were very quick at getting them done in a time when masks were hard to come by, and the price was fair. Since then I've had them supply my company with apparel with my logos on them for my 2 businesses. They are always professional and get things done in a timely manner and the apparel always looks great!

I have been using Exact Image exclusively for all promotional needs for almost 10 years. Dave has some great ideas and products arrive fast. Exact Image supplies my logo hats, shirts and coozies. My clients particularly appreciate the free coozies. Better then a business card!

An embroidery shop with excellent customer service! Codie knows how to help you make the right decision in logo wear. She helped me make the right decision on caps for our staff and they LOVE them. I felt like I was their only customer. They paid attention to my needs and added the professional details to produce the best looking uniforms we have purchased yet. With the attention I received I was braced for a more expensive product but NO! In fact they came in under bid! Highly recommend this shop to everyone considering logo wear. Best regards to Dave and his team for a job well done.

Exact Image is the best in Missoula! From the exceptional customer service and support, to the expertly executed and affordable finished product, I won't go anywhere else! Over the past four years I have had the privilege of working with Exact Image both on a business and personal level.I work for Grizzly Athletics at the University of Montana and we go through Exact Image for all of our promotional needs. We utilize them numerous times each year for big orders encompassing pretty much everything you can think of from t-shirts to rally towels to phone covers to mini balls. In our industry we order large quantities with little time to spare and Exact Image always comes through. We always get honest advice and guidance when deciding on the perfect item (s) to purchase for our events and athletic contests. Exact Image does a great job of always sending us a proof before the item goes to production and then keeps us updated on when that item will be ready. Once the item comes in, Exact Image always delivers the item to our offices!Because of the amazing work Exact Image has done for me on a business level I have also utilized them for personal projects as well. Just recently I ordered over 250 pens for a price of under $100. Even though I was working with Exact Image on a personal job that was bringing them miniscule business at a price tag of under three digits I was still treated as if I was a major client. These days it is tough to find that type of customer service.If you get the chance to work with Pete you will be in incredible hands. Pete serves as our Exact Image rep at Grizzly Athletics and he does an absolutely phenomenal job. We can always depend on him as no matter what he always gets things done for us.
