By far the worst delivery company. My package has been in the delivery truck since Monday. It’s Thursday, and they come to my house every morning, miss me, leave a door tag, and I’ve already requested a late delivery. I’ve spent hours on the phone—nothing. No help whatsoever. Very frustrating.

Malea(sorry for incorrect spelling)gave us wonderful customer service!!! The architecture printer was just what we needed and very reasonable! We were in and out in 10 minutes

Great staff. They got print job in and called me next day. Was great Went back and had them pack and ship couple items as I didn’t want take on plane. They were friendly and knew what I needed. Thanks

I couldn't have been treated any better at the Missoula FedEx office on Broadway. A huge thanks to all of them!!!
Where I went first to try and ship the bloodwork in Hamilton, however, was an entirely different story!!!
I was already a bit stressed, having never done this before trying to get an overseas shipment of labwork in the mail this morning at the Hamilton FedEx branch. The woman there was not helpful at all and was very cold and impersonal to my problem but in the end did offer to look up the address and phone number for the Missoula Fedex office and wrote it on a piece of paper for me. Also, she needs to remember to turn her sign over from "closed" to "open" during hours of business. I turned it for her as I left the building so others would know the store was open. There is not much interest there to help people. I definitely won't be back !!!!!
If I ever have occasion to ship with FedEx, I will go directly to Missoula!

Absolutly no way to talk to a person over the phone. Even calling the local #s. The door tag # was not found so there was 0 info i could get about my package. Now i have to drive around town for hours to figure out where it is.

Brian there is mentally ill and demon posssessed.
He flirted with a woman for 3 minutes straight talking about how he wasnt cast as Brad Pitt because Fedex won't let him leave, talking about her weather controlled windows?
He told me he would print my documents, he checked the computer twice over the span of 5 minutes.
As soon as I said "I just needed to pray" he said "I can't do your order right now, I have different things to do."
I asked him why Scott, the other employee there, just printed 90 (exact number) COLORFUL FULL PAGE BINDER COVERS for a college girl, and Brian replied with "He has his own priorities."
After that I started to leave but turned around and asked if Scott can print my documents. Scott agreed and did a great job and should be promoted.

You told me to come back in 1 or 2 hours. You got off on the fact you controlled a Holy Spirit filled man, who respects his Holy Temple by exercise, diet, fasting, and prayer. Unlike you.
You are weak physically, incapable of doing more than 3 pushups or 5 squats.
You are in denial about your looks and delusional about reality.
Fedex is losing money by allowing you to work there.
You turned away a paying customer and left a bad name for Fedex for life for me.
As I called and told you, YOU WOULD NEVER GIVE ME THAT KIND OF INTERACTION, LOOK, DISRESPECT IN THE STREETS. WOULD YOU? You coward. If you want to legally fight let's go. But you wont. You can only give aggression and disrespect because you are in hell and want me to join you. I understand Christ. I stay in Heaven as the fourth among God All Mighty, His one and only Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.
You only go deeper in your hell.
I pray you come to Jesus Christ and be saved. You are living with Satan in fear. I will be complaining and letting everyone know about you.

Driver speeds down private road where posted 10 miles hr. Drivers name is David. Said his boss Gary said he can drive 25 mph. no matter what! Concerned going to hit our animals. Driver extremely disrespectful using profanities including the “F” word. Seemed to have his response well rehearsed. Slammed slider on truck! The roads out here are dirt with expensive maintenance by residents. When asked bosses last name said he didn’t know it because it’s foreign and couldn’t pronounce. Mentioned that if he wouldn’t slow down that I didn’t want him driving on our road. He said, Fine then I won’t bring your packages and you can pick them up in Missoula. We live in Stevensville. And we’re not the only ones on this road. Sent express FedEx package with him. Hope it arrives to destination in one piece. We have other packages to arrive and hope we don’t have anymore drama with FedEx.
