Horrendous shipping inside Missoula.
A present for my wife was NOT shipped or us, instead it was held at an undisclosed location in Missoula without notifying me that it was received, that I could pick it up etc.
After a week it was sent back.
While I understand your shitty policy of not having vehicles equipped to drive on winter condition roads, I cannot understand the zero notifications.
This is not the first time this has happened either. It’s time to replace local management

Despite the negative reviews that nearly deterred me from visiting, I found many of the concerns to be beyond this locations fault. I arrived with several large packages and was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in under ten minutes. I will definitely return in the future.

After reading the bad reviews I was concerned to return an item at this location. I decided to give it a try anyways. I received great customer service and my returned went soo easy without any issues.

Every time I online shop and FedEx is the delivery company, 9 out of 10 my package is delayed or delivered to my neighbor instead. Horrible logistics company! At this point, I will stop buying from companies that use FedEx!

Can't reach a single HUMAN, packages keep getting transferred to mail w/out notice it's ridiculous. Pay for delivery then I've gotta drive to pickup!

Every single time. Package is out for delivery. Then I get a notification package is delayed. Waiting on a phone that needs a signature. No package no delivery no knock on the door. I guess they want a person to sit outside and wait for them. UPS is so much better.

Larry at my local Fed Ex pickup office saw that I'd requested a nearby rerouting after I missed a signature request. He called me to let me know that they had my package at the sorting facility and that I could come pick it up. Fantastic.
