One of your drivers keeps driving into an overhanging tree, when I approached him, he was rude and entitled. He claimed it was the only place to park, which it was not, he most likely has substantial damage to the top of his truck due to continuing to do this, please stop.

Really horrible. Left the package in front of my garage instead of walking up the path to the front door and leaving it where specified. Happen to be home and they drove so fast down my drive, which is marked. Please go slow that I’m surprised they didn’t hit One of my animals or one of the baby birds in the nest by my garage. Absolutely horrendous across the board not acceptable. They clearly did not think anyone was home. I have it on video camera absolutely not acceptable.

Constant issues with deliveries. Have had 4 supposed overnights deliveries never actually manage to make it and I settle to go pick them up. I live near petty creek and while I realize it's rural I've left explicit instructions for drivers. It's only two turns off the highway. They say they can't find it , but I've been near the road when they claim they couldn't find and l've not seen a driver anywhere. Rude customer service on top of it. Wish everyone would just send through UPS.

Horrendous shipping inside Missoula.
A present for my wife was NOT shipped or us, instead it was held at an undisclosed location in Missoula without notifying me that it was received, that I could pick it up etc.
After a week it was sent back.
While I understand your shitty policy of not having vehicles equipped to drive on winter condition roads, I cannot understand the zero notifications.
This is not the first time this has happened either. It’s time to replace local management

Constant issues with FedEx in MT. Most recently it took less time for my Priority package go from Eastern Europe to Great Falls than it did Great Falls to Missoula. They also decided the best time try to deliver this package to my work office was some time after 7pm at night. I don't think I''ve had a FedEx delivery in years that hasn't had issues.

They continue to cut through my private road that is marked as private property in order to shorten their drive time by a few minutes. (And always going about 30mph on a dirt road) this is dangerous to kids/ animals when there should not be any traffic on this part of our land. We have complained and were told the driver will not be doing it again... she continues to trespass as of this morning. *this is FedEx GROUND*

Fraudulently marks packages as "future delivery date requested" so they can deliver when they feel like it.

They specialize in doing the absolute bare minimum. Cannot believe how frustrating it has been to deal with them as a recipient. I didn’t choose them, the sender did. They are a sub-carrrier for FedEx and the top -down message is “bare minimum customer service”.

Rather upset to see a FedEx delivery driver merely tossing my package onto my front porch and snapping a picture as if he provided great care and proof of it being so carefully delivered. Not happy to see. See video attached to review. Are we overreacting? I think not.

So far I am not a happy camper! I was not home for the first attempt to deliver in the middle of the day. I left a note at 4:45PM the next day because I had an important appointment at 5PM. It turns out this shipment needs a person present to sign for it and I received a Doortag note that said 5PM. I went online and tried to see if I could contact anyone about delivery timing (within a 4 hour window they advertise.) It rejected me and said because the address was a business. I trued to access this site as a business and it said it is a residence! I am still waiting today and the latest update said it is out for delivery "by the end of the day". I have to leave about 6PM and do not have a clue on their "end of day" timing. I am vary frustrated at this point. The phone system will not even get me to a representative, as it is just and AI service.

Driver marked me as not home and didn’t deliver my shipped food. I was home and outside my door smoking. They lied. Not excited to go through this again next month.
