They specialize in doing the absolute bare minimum. Cannot believe how frustrating it has been to deal with them as a recipient. I didn’t choose them, the sender did. They are a sub-carrrier for FedEx and the top -down message is “bare minimum customer service”.

Rather upset to see a FedEx delivery driver merely tossing my package onto my front porch and snapping a picture as if he provided great care and proof of it being so carefully delivered. Not happy to see. See video attached to review. Are we overreacting? I think not.

So far I am not a happy camper! I was not home for the first attempt to deliver in the middle of the day. I left a note at 4:45PM the next day because I had an important appointment at 5PM. It turns out this shipment needs a person present to sign for it and I received a Doortag note that said 5PM. I went online and tried to see if I could contact anyone about delivery timing (within a 4 hour window they advertise.) It rejected me and said because the address was a business. I trued to access this site as a business and it said it is a residence! I am still waiting today and the latest update said it is out for delivery "by the end of the day". I have to leave about 6PM and do not have a clue on their "end of day" timing. I am vary frustrated at this point. The phone system will not even get me to a representative, as it is just and AI service.

Driver marked me as not home and didn’t deliver my shipped food. I was home and outside my door smoking. They lied. Not excited to go through this again next month.

They can’t follow directions worth a damm. Went on My delivery manager-told them where I wanted my packages-driver puts them where ever it please them. Put a hold on deliveries-vacation hold-Missoula center still delivers-Called to talk to customer service (what a joke) kept being transferred to a different person-they play the phone game-says it’s a bad connection or just leave you listening to dead air.Seems management has gone away from taking care of everyone to just making sure that businesses and corporations are taking care of-at the expense of the common folk.

The "entrance" is not an entrance, but a chain link fence with concertina wire. No instruction just figures it out. Totally messed up

We love our FedEx guys! Robbie, Marcus and Eric are incredibly professional, courteous, efficient and personable. They work so hard and take great care of their clients. We never worry about packages when they leave our warehouse onto a FedEx truck. Great rates, domestic and international. 10/10

Called to see where my freight package was in transit. The phone operator was courteous and helpful. She was able to track down the drivers current location and relate it to me en route.Five out of five stars on this experience.
