My wife and I came into the store, we were looking for multivitamins and browsing for gifts when the manager loudly complained that we were tracking mud all around the store and we should’ve just let him show us where to look. This was absolutely the worst customer service me or my wife have ever experienced. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This was on feb 8 2025 at about 7:30 pm. If you are the store owner reading this you should consider firing this employee because we were very regular customers until this point. We will no longer be going to this GNC

Trent was very informative and genuine. Thoroughly appreciate the non sales gimmick tactics and the upfront helpful information. Would highly recommend! Would come here again for sure. Signing up for the membership program literally cost me nothing extra because of what I was already purchasing, plus the extra benefits.

I came in to get some creatine for my boyfriend and I was asked to sign up for GNC membership by the tall guy with a beard and glasses. I gave him my phone number and I saw him put my phone number in his phone which doesn’t make sense because they need to be using the cash register to do that and this experience was very weird. Don’t recommend

I recently visited GNC and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the pushy and rude attitude of the staff.
I was greeted with a less-than-enthusiastic welcome and immediately asked if I needed help. I explained that I was just looking around and the staff member seemed annoyed. I was then bombarded with random info about the powders, which I found to be unnecessary and a waste of time.
The staff member then proceeded to recommend a variety of protein powders and weight gainers, without giving me a chance to ask a question. I felt pressured to purchase something and when I declined, the staff member became even more pushy.
The prices were also significantly higher than Amazon.
Overall, I would not recommend gnc to anyone. The staff's pushy and rude attitude, coupled with the high prices, made for a very unpleasant experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I went to the store on 1/3/24 at night to purchase a product. The staff was very insistent on having me purchase another. He kept giving me the details on the other. I explained that I had already made up my mind and wanted to the one I picked. He still delayed ringing me up as he said he couldn't understand why I wanted the other product and asked me to explain my reasoning. I eventually left without purchasing anything.
