There was a wide selection and lot of good things. This is the place to go for any clothes from work to casual or going out. The service is normally pretty great, but this most recent time there was an employee, Kat I believe, who was very rude and unhelpful to customers. They seemed like they did not want to be there at all and would not help in answering any questions or locating items. I'm hoping this was just an off day for the employee. They also failed to remove a security tag from an item I purchased which was very difficult to deal with when I got home.

Kat is outstanding. Friendly. Asked if I needed help with anything. Pointed out sales. Patience with training new clerk.Haven't been there in couple years. Will definitely be going back.

Usually love H&M but the dressing rooms were so neglected that there were literal dust bunnies all over the changing room floor when I tried on clothes the other day.Like bad enough I had to focus on not disturbing them so they didn’t end up on the store’s clothes or mine. Don’t know if or when I’ll feel brave enough to come back that’s how bad it was

One cashier while they asked every person in line to sign up for some lame discount. After 32 minutes in line I finally just threw my stuff on the racks with impulse buys and walked out.
