“I've been using Rollins Insurance Agency for my home insurance for several years. Yesterday I had an unexpected issue with my Geico car insurance and realized I had a lapse in coverage the evening before leaving for a roadtrip. “Jay is such an amazing person. He is prompt with responding, even after hours. Cheapest in the entire valley & its ceramic tint. Some places charge you more just for that. I called for a quote from someone else because jay was booked and it was double what Jay was going to charge, i said Eff that! He also comes to you! That’s the best part, i’ve got 3 kids and i’m not sitting in a shop. Jay has tinted 7 of my vehicles, so i’ve given this guy thousands of cash and he is for sure worth every penny. He tinted my dodge yesterday and threw in the windshield band for free. I won’t stop using his service at all. You won’t be disappointed!”

After I contacted my current agent to let them know about my move, they were quick to get me in touch with Misti’s office. Tessa gave me a call that day to go over my new insurance premiums and some other options that State Farm has to offer. After I hung up with Tessa, my boyfriend asked me who I was on the phone with, and when I told him it was my car insurance company, he was shocked. He assumed by the way Tessa and I were chatting that we were old friends. I certainly felt that way while on the phone with her as well!
