“Ran by human beings. Yeah, they take time off every now and then. They get sick, and leave early sometimes. They also care. If you ask them to find you cheaper insurance they will spend as much time as it takes, checking every company that serves Montana. From Progressive to state farm until they know if cheaper insurance is possible for you. This is a one stop shop for all your insurance needs. Last time I checked they needed some customer sensitivity training, but that's okay.”

“I recently moved to Missoula and, as a result of that move, had to switch my insurance over. After I contacted my current agent to let them know about my move, they were quick to get me in touch with Misti’s office. Tessa gave me a call that day to go over my new insurance premiums and some other options that State Farm has to offer. After I hung up with Tessa, my boyfriend asked me who I was on the phone with, and when I told him it was my car insurance company, he was shocked. He assumed by the way Tessa and I were chatting that we were old friends. I certainly felt that way while on the phone with her as well! While I hope I don’t have to get in touch with State Farm any time soon, I know I’m in good hands with Tessa and Misti!”
