**** Tyler Sold us a car that we hoped to be a starting out vehicle for our daughter. The car was only used from home to school and school to home, our home is only 9 blocks away so there was not a lot of driving at all. A week after purchasing the car we noticed a leak, we brought it back to the dealership and was told it was nothing possibly an overfill of radiator fluid. 35 days after driving the vehicle off the lot the car started to jerk and was not able to go any faster then ***** MPH it took almost a month waiting for **** Tyler to even look at it. We are now told the transmission is out and the vehicle needs to be changed which will cost $5500. As stated prior We brought the car in a week after purchasing due to a leak and was told nothing was wrong and now that 30 days were up we are now told an entirely different story. We not only purchased one vehicle at that time we purchased two and both were very unsatisfying vehicles. I do know if we are not treated like valued customers because of our last name or if this is a normal for **** Tyler.

Love this place! As a native of Missoula MT I have seen the Chevrolet business morph from T&W Chevrolet, to Karl Tyler Chevrolet, and after 40 plus years of Karl's guidance and growth with a keen focus on putting the customer FIRST, now it is Missoula Chevrolet, and the excellent customer service continues! The new owners are on sight, and eager to help others. Their vision says it all. "To be so effective we are able to be helpful to others." I'm looking forward to continuing my business with this fine dealership!

In July when you replaced the heat resistor I was told I would soon need the heater motor replaced.When I made the service appointment several weeks ago, I thought I made it clear that I wanted the heater motor replaced.I even inquired about the availability of a brushless motor.The service writer said they would check on that.I never heard back from them.They should have made sure to have a heater motor in stock for my appointment that was two weeks out.Instead, on my appointment day I get a call telling me my motor was three days out. Somehow they magically had a replacement the next day?All said and done, it cost me an extra day without my truck!

I had looked at a truck online and was contacted by Jourdan to give me the details. She answered every question and was so professional and courteous. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I met Matt P when I went to seal the deal and everything was taken care of immaculately. This dealership made my purchase so easy and pain free. From the get-go, the sales consultant (Scott Lake) was friendly, helpful, and professional. Not once did I feel pushed or uncomfortable in the decision making. Instead, his sole purpose seemed to focus on my needs and ensuring that I could fulfill my objective, not his. At each step of the search process - and eventual purchase - the sales consultant was appropriately communicating with me about availability of the truck I was seeking. After the purchase, he put my mind at ease about accessory installation and the care taken to the truck during the preparation process. He managed it very well. Once I arrived from out of state to take possession of the truck, the sales consultant picked me up at the airport! He then proceeded to show me the vehicle with the upmost care and attention, and not once did he stray from giving me the attention new buyers expect. In fact he went beyond my expectations. In my view, the sales consultant represents the face of the dealership to the customer in every way. Missoula Chevrolet (Missoula Motor Company) should be very proud to have a sales consultant like Scott Lake to represent them. I will speak the praises of Scott Lake and this dealership for some time to come, and I will certainly pursue them for future car, SUV, and / or truck purchases. I am just so grateful that he (and this dealership) culminated of my long search and purchase journey. To now own a Chevy 3500 Long Box High Country - equipped exactly the way I would have ordered it - I have to say, I never got this far in my dreams! Missoula Chevrolet is the most professional place to purchase and service your vehicle. Ricardo is a wonderful salesman who will take good care of you and give you every option within your budget. You can tell he really cares for everyone who walks through the door. Kevin was great in helping pick out a warranty package and made sure me and my vehicle were secure when we drove off the lot. My routine service of my Silverado pickup was handled quickly and efficiently by Todd in the servicedepartment in a same day service request made by me. As always is the case, the vehicle was finished in a short time period with an inspection sheet that showed the vehicle is in good condition without any services necessary in the near future. I would never take my truck to another service provider when the services here are so good, and the staff, especially Todd are so great.

Matt Potter makes buying a vehicle easy for us. We are very educated buyers, this being our 23rd GM vehicle purchased, and our 11th Chevy. Matt is a “no pressure” salesman and keeps us informed while trying to locate the vehicle we want. The people in finance have always treated us well & are also “no pressure” when it comes to adding extended warranties etc.I have also used the Service Department on multiple occasions, even for vehicles I purchased before becoming acquainted with Matt in the Sales Dept. They have always done a great job for us and I actually drive 70 miles, passing by another Chevy Dealership, to have my vehicles serviced at Missoula Chev.Great people all around!

Scott was wonderful to work with. He was very patient as I test drove a number of vehicles until I found the perfect fit. I had my puppy with me too and everyone at the dealership was sweet with him and having a dog friendly dealership was beyond wonderful. Lynn was great with the paperwork too.

Riley Rust was awesome! He stayed on our special order and communicated exceptionally well. When it became apparent to us that our vehicle was very possibly not going to get built and delivered in time for us to do our snowbird thing another vehicle in transit was found. Bill Tripp stepped in and he and Riley made things happen to get us a car. The service was top notch from the start to the finish. We have 30 years of business with this Chevrolet dealership and purchased approximately 15 new trucks and cars. Never have we seen the challenges faced by buyers and sellers today in the vehicle market but your dealership made it a 5 Star experience.
