Great experience from Missoula VW. Big shout out to KYLE (our salesman) for helping my husband and I through the process of buying our most recent car. Kyle was extremely helpful and honest throughout the whole journey and we never felt pushed in a direction we weren’t comfortable going in. He was supportive and really took the time to understand what my husband and I needed. We are so happy with our new car and will definitely be returning in the future.Also a shout out to the service department, specifically to Dalton who was extremely friendly and easy to work with through our trade in process.Thanks from the Wagners!Also….. Service appointments are booked way out here, I had to wait several months to even get an appointment for a diagnosis. My 2022 Golf R is the most amazing car I've ever owned, However there is a constant alert dinging and going off- 'Travel assist not working' which is so annoying it ruins the driving experience. The dealership said the only way to fix it is to replace the steering wheel which they said will probably take at least 6 MONTHS for them to get. I was also at the dealership for 4 hours because VW's software was down. I can't tell you how disappointing it is to have such an amazing car with such an irritating computer glitch and also be told I have to wait 6 months to have it resolved. This is an issue with Volkswagen, and not necessarily the dealership.

Was told I was buying “the nicest car on the lot” when signing papers yet the employees displayed nothing but neglect after walking out the door with the keys (after paying full price). Replacements for faulty back seat sun shades were promised but never delivered, I later found children’s toys shoved in the shade compartments. The wax on my car appears as if someone used sandpaper. The owner became defensive when I mentioned there was a pre-existing chip in the windshield as the car was leased by his wife the previous year. Paperwork was filled out incorrectly and we were asked to return to sign additional paperwork on two occasions following the purchase of the car. Our salesman, Micheal, was nice enough but clearly had no control over upper managements poor priorities.

I called and made an appointment to have my sunglass holder replaced in my 2022 Tiguan as it was broken. The appointment was 3 weeks out so when I made the appointment I asked if they had the part in stock, the service department said yes they did and I asked that they would please hold one for me as I live 30 minutes out of town and I have a baby so I wanted it fixed the same day as my appointment. They said no problem they would have one ready for me. The day of my appointment I bring the vehicle in they check it into the shop and then call to tell me they do not have the part in stock even through they had promised to have on set aside for me and that I would need to come back for another appointment. I spoke with the service manager about my frustration and he was incredibly unprofessional and down right rude to me about their mistake. I spoke with the sales manager about how rudely I was treated and he was able to pull the needed part from a loaner vehicle so I could have my car repaired as promised. I also received an oil change but after all that they didn't even reset my oil change notice on my vehicle so every time I get into drive it says I am due for an oil change. the service department does not care at all. they are unprofessional rude and unhelpful. The service manager never takes responsibility or works to find a solution he simply says "that's just the way it is" I have bought 4 VW's and been a loyal customer but with the way that I am treated and how my vehicle is so poorly serviced at the VW service department, when my lease is up I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER VW.

Kyle was able to get me into my new dream car!!! I’m gonna save well over $350 a month on gas as well as a reasonable auto loan that will be easy to handle. LOVE LOVE LOVE my Jetta and the amazing sunroof too! Thanks also to Brian in finance.
