We were in Montana on vacation and had our car break down. They were amazing got us in right away and repaired the shifting recall issue in hours. Our trip was not delayed at all. I am extremely thankful for Levi, Steve, & Dale!! They worked hand in hand with my lender to navigate through a very unique and complicated situation to help get my family and I into a safe & reliable vehicle!! I thoroughly enjoyed the comradery and banter with the entire sales staff and the service department. It was so fun to hang out and joke around while we worked through the deal and paperwork!! We were traveling outside Missoula yesterday when our F250 dash alerted us to "water in fuel". We found the water sensor for the fuel filter had come disconnected, but the warning remained on. We feared it could be something more substantial with our fuel system. We were able to get to this dealership and Matt, the service advisor, did some troubleshooting. He reached out to "the best diesel mechanic" in service and they hooked it up to the computer for some quick diagnostics. He did a quick clean on the sensor and reset the codes. We drove around for bit and things seem to be OK. So we headed back out on our trip and made it home without incident. We just wanted to say how professional your service team was and how grateful we are they took a few minutes out of their day to help us out! We really appreciated their kindness! Thank you!

I initially had an appointment scheduled. However, two days prior, the service department contacted me and told me about the new Mobile Mechanic Service, where the tech comes to you!!! From start to finish it was convenient, fast, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this service option especially if you have a busy schedule. Thank you, Lithia Ford of Missoula!

Go else where. Trust me they will charge you extra. Act like they are giving you a deal. Nope they only care about the money they make off you. Please save yourself headache. These people even lost our deposit check and then it's on us to get them a new one. like who does that?? Charged extra for there cleaning but found dog hair under my seats when I cleaned it myself. Said the smoke smell would be gone in a week not a chance. Just not worth it people trust me.

Worked with Matt and Toro and had a good experience. Matt neglected to make a phone call to us about truck over the weekend but no big deal. A nice experience and No high pressure sales. We knew what we wanted and got most everything. Except my Lithia Ford mud flaps. Great guys to deal with

Got my F150 here. Everyone I have worked with at the dealer - from my sales guy Jeff, to Trish who helped me complete the paperwork to Jodi and Nicki in titling has been so helpful, caring, communicative and made the experience wonderful. Took my F150 in the day before Thanksgiving last year because my four wheel drive was not engaging. 9 months later they still haven't managed to fix it so I went and picked it up today. They couldn't be bothered to put the dash back together and worse it now isn't shifting correctly and when it does it lurches like a freight train and is making noises I've never heard before. Barely got it back to my house. Ran very well before I took it in to them. So not only is my 4WD still not working the truck is undriveable. Buyer beware.

I would rate 0 stars, but it is not an option! I scheduled a 100,000 mile service online in May. The first appointment I could get was today(8-7-23). I took the day off from work & planned a day in Missoula. When I dropped the car off I told the guy it was for a 100k service. When I picked up the car, no work had actually been done, they just quoted me on how much services would cost. I was told that they rarely perform the 100k service without a signature because of the cost (over $2k). At no time did anyone ever explain this to me! The only call I received was telling me my car was done. You should not allow people to schedule an appointment online if you do not plan on actually doing the work!I will be getting the work done locally and WILL NOT be buying another car from Lithia Ford. What a waste of my time! People should be directed to a service advisor when they try to book a 100k appointment online so they can be informed of the cost.I live an hour away and do not appreciate having my time wasted! So disappointed to pick up my car 4.5 hours after dropping it off to have NO work done on my vehicle only to read the estimate to find they are saying almost every item they checked needs immediate attention! But, it would take another 2-3 months just to be able to get it in for an appointment! Do better!! VERY unsatisfactory visit today!!!
