Overall, I think it's well run. One has to consider the amount of traffic and the type of traffic employees must experience every hour of every day. They see a lot of cranky, tired, and hungry travelers that can be in a very crappy mood and rude. Keep that in mind when you feel rushed during your stop here.

The employees are very friendly. You can get fast food in the store, or you can get food from Hardee's, which is part of the building. The store and restrooms are clean.
