Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Missoula, MT Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. Customer experiences with employees vary significantly. Many employees are described as great, nice, very helpful, incredibly kind, knowledgeable, stellar, and unbelievably helpful. Specific team members are noted for going out of their way, walking customers to items, being more than helpful, and making experiences seamless. One customer states they always have a great experience with all employees and shops there weekly. However, some interactions are negative. One employee had a bad manner, seemed angry, and provided bad treatment, making a customer feel very embarrassed. Another employee was rude and not helpful, acting like the customer was a bother and only pointing in a general vicinity. This inconsistency leads one customer to say they will not go there again, while others express great appreciation for the helpful staff.
Super clean well stocked home goods store. They even have a n8ce selection of Carhartt clothing which was really nice prices were a little bit high but in the range of other stores. Everything seemed to be in order and I will come back

We arrived at Lowe’s needing to replace our dishwasher. Troy was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. He answered all our questions and made the process quick and easy. It’s not too common to come across top tier customer service anymore, my husband and I were very impressed!
