Customer service and professionalism is among his many attributes and what an amazing and valuable employee he is. I have to give kudos to the store owner and the other two young men working as well as Ethan as well. I've never been into a small owned business where the atmosphere was top notch and everyone got along so well. Honestly, the vibe was extremely welcoming and everyone laughed and had a real nice time and visited with each and every customer that came throughout the door. I was probably there for at least a couple hours and they never got impatient with me or gave me a little attitude which one can often find these days. Huge kudos for being a phenomenal team at this UPS Store. I will most definitely be back for all my needs.
