After more than 2 months of wanting to discuss my policies with Andre Marcure I could not get a call back from him. He is the agent that handles our policies. His dad Biz would have always returned a call. I was continually referred out to other people that work in his office yet I could never receive a call back from Andre himself. Twice I was told he was on vacation. I was disappointed to not hear back from him. I'm glad we were not having a need to address a claim and I just wanted to discuss my policies. It's a bummer not being able to speak with the agent who covers our investments.

Andre and the Marcure Insurance agency is an outstanding local agency to help you with many insurance needs. I really enjoy having a real person to discuss my insurance needs with and Andre takes his responsibilities very seriously to get everyone not only the best deal on insurance, but to make sure you receive the type of insurance you actually need.
