I love this studio. Not only is it an amazing workout, but there is so much positive energy and joking in the morning. Jenny’s line of we don’t do anything half assed, use both cheeks is a favorite!

I think the most amazing thing about Move is the level of expertise they bring to the practice. I trust these ladies. They do a great job of keeping it fresh, engaging, challenging and fun. I feel stronger and more flexible thanks to Move :)

Allison is such a knowledgeable teacher with incredible queuing! I had a great class with her and the studio is beautiful! I will be back! :)
