The staff is noted as being really helpful and accommodating, even working with customers when needed. The process for moving out is efficient. While a rent increase was noted, the overall service and condition of the property receive strong praise for being exceptionally helpful and making a big difference.
I usually don’t leave a review but this storage unit was one of the best, the unit itself was clean and bug free and the owner left a lock for me inside the unit which was exceptionally helpful. Also very efficient on the move out did not have a big issue from me having a short notice.

Our Mullan Road Storage unit has been incredibly useful for us. We needed to create space at our business, and the convenience of having storage so close by has made a big difference in our shop. The facility is quick and easy to access and the property and unit is clean and safe. We love it.
