Math is hard.My family likes Noodles and company. The food is good, and there are low carb options. Most of the time, the service is good as well. Tonight, however, was like a failed math lesson. I ordered for my family, to the tune of 30.90. I gave the cashier (blond, ponytail, a little tall) $40, and after she hit the cash out button (literally seconds) it dawned on me if I gave her another dollar, I could get a ten back, saving extra singles in my purse and leaving extras for the drawer. She took the dollar, and after a moment, gave me 7.10 back. I informed her she did not give the correct change, and asked if she had a ten in the drawer. She said she did not, apologized for the error, and gave me an additional 2 dollars. (That's 9.10). I told her, that's fine if she didn't have a ten, but that she should give me my original dollar back then. It was obvious she had no idea what I was talking about. I explained again that if my change was supposed to be 9.10, that with the dollar i had given her, my change should be 10.10. She insisted she'd given me the correct change (still a dollar short). I tried again, and could tell she was losing it, at which time she called someone else to 'help'. He was polite and asked what the problem was. I explained it to him, at which point she told him that I was 'tripping'. He seemed to understand basic math, took the $9 that was sitting on the counter and gave me the ten. I'm pretty sure I was the talk on the night, and I"m still not sure if she was trying to take my dollar, or if she really just didn't get it. Either way, it doesn't reflect well on the company

I order take out often (probably too much). Im nearly always happy with the food but the girl behind the counter... she's gotta go. Blonde, ponytail, 5'7ish. SO RUDE. She's gotten worse as time goes on. Last time I went in, I said I have a pickup order for Kris. She looked at me with a clueless expression, dropped her hand on a bag and looked back at me and mumbled something and I said 'excuse me?' She asked if it could be under another name and I said 'Kristene' (evidently it was hard to make this connection???), she grabbed that same bag, dropped it in front of me and dropped her hand on it and turned around. I had a choice word or two and left. This is one of our favorite places, but I will not go back as long as she's working there.

I ordered through GrubHub, paid $27 for a Caesar salad that came in a container that would MAYBE hold a scoop of ice cream but had a little container of dressing which took up probably 1/5th of the container, and buttered noodles with marinated steak which came in a normal small salad-sized container. I could’ve made this stuff on my own for a LOT less money, so this is my first and only order from Noodles & Co. AND hopefully my last bout of laziness because I didn’t feel like cooking.

If this was my 1st visit we would never come back. Food came burnt and employees seemed not to care. We ate what we could because we simply did not have time to wait for a remake or a refund- neither was offered. Most tables were clearing dirty and trashes were overflowing. I work service industry so I understand the struggles currently facing this type of business, but dang it's really showing here.

New Review: My family and I went in for dinner at 8:20pm on 6/6/23 and waited at the counter for a solid 2 minutes before the young lady behind it, leaning up against the prep counter decided to lift her head to acknowledge us. She mumbled something like “What do you want?” And never said a word afterwards or made any eye contact except to tell us the total. Oop! And I peeped the AirPod- since when is that okay? She was the most apathetic teen employee I have ever seen. A smile in customer service goes a long way.We were the only table seated in the restaurant. After about 15 minutes I went up to ask about the wait and saw my name on the bag. So, all of our food was placed into to-go containers and set in a bag on the shelf. Although we weren’t asked if we were staying or taking out. But thank you.So we took the food back to the table and unloaded the bag, grabbed napkins and forks and ate. Upon leaving we noticed that with our meals we were supposed to get Rice Krispie desserts but didn’t. If we would have just left without the treats and that would have been sad. This place used to have larger portions and better food and would bring you the food in bowls with real silverware and I miss those times.P.S. Check out these charbroiled, burnt to a crisp carcinogen meatballs they served us.

Good food! Sometimes the service isn’t all that friendly, but whatever. As long as the food is good, all good.

I ordered one chicken parm with linguini, one Japanese pan fried noodles with half zoodles, and one Japanese pan fried regular. The noodles were either wrong or burnt. The staff looked occupied with socializing with one another rather than making people's food correct and timely. It was our order and one other table who already had their food (our order was to-go). I always wondered why I never go here or why I never hear about people going here. Now I know. Super disappointed

We have only been there a few times , but it's always clean and workers are welcoming and friendly! Great Service.... Only thing I would change was the chicken noodle soup. We got a side of it and it lacked the broth which made it a soup.

So bad. The chicken is like they scrape something off the floor, ran it through a grinder and put breading on it. The person taking my order seemed like she really wished we would go away. Not the slightest smile. The tables had spills and crumbs on them. We were the only people in the place and the lady behind the counter was just hanging out, but apparently not about to go wipe a table. I told them I had a gluten allergy and ordered gluten-free and they gave me a meal with gluten. The atmosphere is full of clanging jarring noises. What a nightmare this place is.
