I went in, got a 44-ounce refill for only 75 cents, which is incredible. Even if they were losing money, a place like this should look at fountain soda as a loss-leader, because folks will buy other things. But, they're NOT losing money, not on a soda fountain. The gal up front was dusting everything. It's impressive to see things being taken care of like that. The windshield cleaner fluid buckets outside were full... nowadays many stations won't even do that.I've seen things others have written. It's pretty obvious to me why the store took action against those customers' actions. And that's why this place was probably clean and in good shape.

Mutts told me I was not allowed in the store. Done a lot of business there, and they wouldn't tell me whom I had offended, or how. And, I don't have a clue! Fine.#I don't need to do business with a business that treats their customers in such a way.

I live in the area and shop here regularly. The staff is wonderful and friendly, greet you at the door, and get you out quickly even engaging in quick conversation if you like. You can always tell when a new person is there, just give them patience. Not the biggest selection, but they get new stuff in every now and then for short times. Only single person bathrooms though. The one time I had an issue they were really quick to respond. My card wasn't working at the pump, but they were knowledgeable and said that they sometimes (as in your bank) require a minimum balance. That made it really easy. Also, be kind about the mask thing. It isn't their fault. Don't be pathetic by complaining or being rude. That's a good way to get thrown out. They aren't your punching bag. Leave them alone and respectfully wear one. They have to wear one their whole shift, folks.

I would love to give this store more than one star. However, the store recently 86'ed my friend/roommate for doing the same thing he HAD been doing every time he went in which was basically every morning for about 6 months. I don't go in as often as I used to because of this. What he did that was apparently so awful was he would carry his own cup back down to the store, obviously throw it away in the store, and get a new cup for coffee. He, my fiance, and I would all 3 of us do this every day. We would even do this multiple times per day. I don't even know how much money we would spend. But one day, after coming back with a coffee, he was noticeably upset. I asked him what was wrong. He said the manager called him a thief. He would always be respectful, even friendly, with the staff. He would go in, sometimes with 2 or 3 cups, sometimes with myself and my fiance in tow, throw away the cup(s), get a new cup, and make a cup of coffee. He came in, did this same thing he had done every day (sometimes multiple times in a day) and the manager called said, "you know that's stealing, right?" He laughed, thinking she was joking, saw she was serious, asked her if she was serious, and received confirmation. He said, "Wait. My friends and I buy coffee and usually cigarettes, candy, pop along with it every day. I come in, throw the coffee cup away, and get a new one. That's stealing?" She said, "yes, that is stealing."Now, let me tell you about these cups. These cups suck. They are nearly paper. There have been many times when they would bring me a coffee, I would set it down on a table or shelf, and let it sit for a bit to cool since my body has a funny tendency to be burned by hot liquids. Once my coffee had cooled to a good temperature so I would be able to taste it without that annoying burning thing that happens and I have drunk about half of it, I pick up the coffee cup, and see a ring of coffee on my wood furniture. Check the sides, see it hasn't spilled, but see that at the crease, there is a darker bit. As though liquid might be seeping through. I drink the coffee rather quickly now but by the time I am at the end of my cup of coffee, it's not even standing straight. Now, I admit, this wouldn't happen if you drank the coffee straightaway, but I would not trust it to hold another cupful of coffee. I have even had the bottom of a couple cups just fall out if I drink the coffee particularly slowly. So how does this manager expect anyone to reuse them? And is it stealing if a person uses a reusable travel mug? What, then, is the proper procedure since it's not posted anywhere?A couple days later, he goes back in. He's still annoyed about having been called a thief but figures it must have been a misunderstanding so will go in and try to be friendly. The cashier seemed frigid that morning. So as he's leaving, he says under his breath something about the manager having been a b*tch. Somehow this cashier heard that and told that manager. Next time we try to go in, he is banned from the store. Now instead of a nice morning walk to the convenience store a couple blocks away, we have to spend more time and money going to a different place for all our snack and beverage needs.

This is my favorite convenience store. There's a sweet loitering spot on the side of the building with the table. I buy a tall boy there almost every day, and they're happy to give me a paper bag so I can drink it right outside. This store is the only one that I've been to that doesn't deny me when I try to buy smokes with all pennies. Keep up the good work homies, y'all deserve a raise!
