Bad service, bad quality. Please heed the low reviews for this place. My girlfriend went in to get her nails done as we were in town for a few weeks. She called the owner over twice to show him that the nail tech was not doing what she asked (which was coffin style) and he said that he communicated it over to the tech. Keep in mind she didn't speak English so good luck trying to communicate. If you are absolutely blind, have zero sense of touch, and do not care about what your nails look like, this is the place to go!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON
The worst nails I’ve ever had in my life. Not to mention the lady hurt me multiple times while doing my nails and when I complained they said it was my fault that I must be moving. The owner tried to gaslight me and say that it was also my fault for not liking my nails and when I refused to let him work on me again, wouldn’t give me a refund and told me to leave. So if you want to be told how to like your nails and be literally tortured while getting them done this is the place to go!

Unfortunately, won’t be going back. I just got a simple gel manicure. My cuticles look tore up as the oil dries off. The polish is not evenly put on my nails. She barely covered the sides of my nails. I have spent so much time after the fact trying to clean this up the best I can. Not to mention, it was $45 for the service. That feels incredibly steep.

made an appointment showed up on time, they made me wait 40 min without even letting me know that they’re running behind. 40 min later i ask the owner says they are behind and the next tech will take me when she is done. no apology no courtesy with clients just rude and ignorant. not coming back

I had a pedicure with Tam a few weeks ago, still looks great! Tam is humorous and candid. He strikes a great balance with conversation while also letting me relax if I want, he also encouraged me to communicate if there was something I wasn’t liking. I appreciate the time he spent on me, he understands the value of people’s money and honors that by providing a quality service in return. Money well spent. I really couldn’t be happier to have found him and will continue going to him.

I definitely don't recommend going to this place! The lady that did my nails could barely speak English so it was hard to communicate with her. She was very aggressive when giving the pedicure, and now I have a red sore next to my nails. All my nails are sore today. I showed her the color I wanted my nails to be painted and she still ended up painting them the wrong color. She also did a very sloppy job painting them as well, there's Nail polish all over the skin that she could've easily cleaned up. My friend never got the design that she asked for when she got her nails done.

Nothing but unprofessional. I’ve witnessed them use a toe separator on one customer and move to another customer since they ran out. The nail technicians are additionally bordering on harassment when offering to take you out for drinks, you declining, and them persisting even further and making you feel incredibly uncomfortable because they keep making jokes about your appearance after declining their advancements.

JOHN LOC, LOC BOI are only 2 of many aliases this uber-creep goes by & there is a very good chance you'll get this crooked little predator as your nail tech if you go to this nail salon. He has a penchant for preying on female clients and it doesn't stop there...he will stalk and harass your daughters, too. He is unhinged, not to be trusted and a complete menace to society. Beware to ANYONE who chooses to patronize any business where he works. He has acesss to phone numbers, and he does not hesitate to use them.
If he has not already, I guarantee he will hurt someone very soon and I want there to be a warning on record. PSA #2 04-21-2024

Friendly people terrible work. The lady who did my nails could not speak English so didn't listen to me when I told her what color I wanted. They gave me the wrong color and did a terrible job at painting them. I would never return. She cut my toenails so horribly that I know I will have ingrown nails. It is so sloppy would never recommend!!
