Great place that really puts patients over profit. Dr. Gordon is amazing and so are the rest of the staff. It’s nice to have a doctor help you with your health issues and see a person instead of dollar signs.

Dr. Sharar is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also empathetic and resourceful. She has helped me immensely. She defines the phrase “trust is earned.” She has referred me to specialists when needed but also managed my general health impeccably.

This place has a bad rep among my friends, but I’ve never had a bad experience. My new PCP Dr. Ordemann is nice, and I have been back many times now for my annual dental exam, X-rays, lots of fillings and a teeth cleaning today. Dr. McKenna does top notch work. They are always calm and kind, and patient with me as I have “white coat syndrome.”The only hang up is how backed up their sliding scale fee people are. They are always very kind and helpful to me though, just have a lot of applications to go through I guess. It makes me nervous because of how many visits I’ve had since applying, I am not used to not receiving statements for so long. If I’m not approved, I don’t know how I will pay for all the bills at once. Hopefully I will hear from them soon, but I put my application in early December and I heard they are backed up for months.

I have to fight my provider to refill a medication that could potentially give me seizures if I Don’t have them all of a sudden. They tell me it’s my fault for not refilling before I run out, but like this month I called in my script several days beforehand and now I’m out and of course like every month, I don’t have my meds. If this isn’t Remedied and you guys don’t let me change my doctor I will make sure that everyone gets an official complaint on their licenses. The only reason I’m still coming here is because I’m waiting for better insurance.

Doctors not even informing me about confirmed diagnosis- and actually causing such extreme stress that I all but gave up. Katy and Melissa actually listened like I may understand my body after living in it 53 years. Previously treated poorly for weighing in on MY health and made my situation worse. tried to deny information that I was looking at. I quit seeking any care because I felt dismissed and my trust was wrecked. Today i felt heard and understood. I decided today to actively participate in my own wellbeing again. Thank you for letting me participate in my life again. These people thank you as well.

My Dr is one the best Dr's that I have ever had and i have has more than most people anywhere. He listens to my concerns and treats me like an individual. He truly cares about his patients. The staff at Partnership are always friendly and efficient when it comes to checking me in or getting labs done. Whatever it is they are always professional and polite. I have been with Dr Stenger for 10 years and he will be my Dr until the end. Great place to get any medical services. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thanks to all of you at Partnership

Partnership Health Center is always a surprisingly welcoming atmosphere, at least every time I've been to their location by the train tracks. Unlike my experiences with some other healthcare providers, I have never felt like my pain or concerns were dismissed or diminished. I have always felt like my PHC providers genuinely care about me as an individual, and I appreciate how careful they are to look out for all aspects of my health including physical and mental. Their thoroughness and kindness at every visit leaves me feeling supported, well cared for, and confident in my health outcomes. Plus their sliding fee scale and all the help they provide for things like applying for Medicaid is a huge relief - quality healthcare can be financially crippling, but they prove it doesn't have to be. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I visit the Missoula clinic. I am very pleased with every staff member. The person who schedules my appointments, the technicians, and the dentist have all been helpful and pleasant to work with. The office is clean and cheery. I have been very pleased eith my experiences here and have recommended them to others.

Partnership Health Clinic seems to only hire wonderful and super cool people!Every interaction I’ve had there has been amazing.Dr. Quirk is my GP, he is always attentive, patient , incredibly helpful and mindful with every issue I’ve come in with.I have terrible anxiety and the lovely people at PHC have made me feel completely comfortable at each appointment, from scheduling, to checking in and everything in between.15/10So glad I found this place and will continue to come here !

I've been going to Partnership Health for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. I'm more than pleased with the care I've received and have recommended PHC to several friends. Excellent facility and caring people. Highly recommend it.

The PHC personnel are always super friendly and very professional in their treatment of their clients. I know some of us are not the most "well off" and the fact that we are all treated with such compassion and understanding is very reassuring.

We took our 6 year old daughter in for a dental exam. We are insured and had previously been with a private practice who was happy to accommodate our needs and concerns, but realized we qualify for the sliding fee scale here and we hoped to save some money. The universal law of you get what you pay for is definitely at play here.Firstly, they were running extremely late which wasn't the biggest problem for us. We began by trying to inquire if there was a way to treat her without the 5 x-rays, the hygienist quickly shot back with "it's legally required that you x-ray" which is not true as there is no legal mandate or requirement to x-ray your kids. She then informed us that they would refuse to treat her if we did not x-ray her.A true healthcare professional would've first asked what was our concern and perhaps to not immediately move to coercive tactics to get us to comply with the medical treatments they preferred.We were on the spot and decided to allow this treatment because we needed the sliding scale discount on service they offer.When the Dentist finally saw us he clearly was informed of the situation. He made no attempts to address what might've been our concerns and informed us he was referring us to another dentist outside PHC which means no sliding scale. We feel he was bothered we questioned their expertise.So, we were coerced into this medical treatment only to be sent back to a private practice.Avoid this place like the plague. Unless, of course, you have no other choice then good luck.Just imagine how these medical authoritarians will act under other circumstances.
