I've been shopping here for nearly 20 yrs and I have never seen this place so dirty. Merchandise on the floors throughout the store; dressing rooms had piles of clothes on the floor. The store was pretty busy at this time so I thought maybe it was just because the workers didn't have time to clean up. However, the next night I returned to exchange an item and saw 3 workers standing around visiting, and one was sitting on the counter at her register...I assumed they were relaxing because there were only a couple customers in the store. However, as I walked around, I noticed the same piles on the floor from the previous day, and the dressing rooms were still chaotic. So, 3 employees on duty, not attending to customers, and yet the store was still extremely dirty and disorganized. Additionally, when something gets dropped on the floor and I pick it up, I notice there is dirt and dust all over the garment. It's obvious, the floors are not being cleaned either. I have always loved shopping at Ross because of the variety and price. However, my experience this week will reduce the amount of time I spend in that store.

The little asian lady yall got working for you is beyond rude. literally asked her to unlock the restroom for me and she acted like it was the end of the world to her unlock it for me. storming through the aisles, rolled her eyes at me everything. if you don’t want to have to do ur job and unlock the bathrooms maybe tell ur boss:management not to lock the bathrooms. don’t treat customers like trash. now im not even shopping here. i’ll go somewhere else. this is so stupid bruh.

Hire more people or make them come in to work. There were clothes all over the floor in every single aisle, it was a MESS!!! There was a long line to the 2 cashier's and other employees just wandering around doing nothing. You need better management training.

I was just in here and it was absolutely disgusting. There was garbage, clothes, and merchandise all over the floors. And not in just a few spots. It was like this through out the store. I left without buying anything because it was so gross in there.
